While you might think of Disney World for all the best theme park snacks, you might be sleeping on Universal Orlando. We found two snacks that we knew we had to try.
We headed to Thunder Falls Terrace, right by the Jurassic Park River Adventure, to try some snacks. This Jurassic Park-themed restaurant offers plenty of seating and air conditioning, and now has two more snacks that are causing a roar.
Okay, so it seems impossible, but July is almost over and August will be here SO SOON. And you know what that means — the beginning of spooky season in the theme parks.

There are TONS of fun Halloween events to check out around Orlando. For something a little less spooky, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Disney World is a great option. We’ve been to Epic Universe multiple times now, which means we feel like we have a good idea of everything you can see, do, eat, and drink in Universal Orlando’s newest theme park.
We’ve been on out-of-this-world adventures in Celestial Park, pet dragons in How To Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk, conversed with monsters in Dark Universe, earned coins in Super Nintendo World, and witnessed the high profile trial of Dolores Umbridge in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic. However, in all five lands, there is one super BIG problem, but it seems like Universal is trying to solve it.

Epic Universe just opened in May, but Universal is already submitting plans to expand!
This is the third park at Universal Orlando and has five themed lands: Super Nintendo World, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and the Ministry of Magic, How to Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and Celestial Park. We’ve been exploring every detail and trying every snack, but the idea of an expansion has us thrilled!
We are getting closer to the start of the Halloween season in Orlando! Disney World kicks off its Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on August 15th, and Universal Orlando isn’t far behind them with the start of Halloween Horror Nights on August 29th.

On the other hand, Halloween Horror Nights is heavy on the horror and not recommended for children under 13 years old. Let’s take a look at the rules that are enforced at Halloween Horror Nights!
