And for a billion dollars to build it, we would hope to find some pretty sweet accommodations there. Let’s take a look at what’s coming to the Evermore Resort!
Driving to Disney World is a norm for many, but for some of you, it might sound like one of the worst things imaginable.

Long road trips aren’t for everyone, but there are times when they could be more ideal. Plus, booking plane tickets and getting through the airports and your flight in one piece is a dreaded experience in itself. If you’re exploring the idea of driving to Disney World in 2024, we have something that might encourage you to take that leap.

We’ve had a lot of amazing food this year, most recently at the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays. We’ve also had some great holiday snacks. Unfortunately, people across the country are seeing an increase in sickness. According to the LA Times, about 23% of people who participated in a text message survey in Los Angeles County have experienced “a cough or shortness of breath for the week that ended Dec. 10.” This is up 2% from the late summer surge of respiratory illness. During a lull in sickness, the percentage was only 10%. And COVID-19 numbers are higher now than they have been in other months, as well.
This surge is not secluded only to California, rates are higher everywhere. So here are some tips for how you can avoid getting sick on your Disney vacation.

The future of The Walt Disney Company lies within streaming.
Disney World
At least, that’s what Bob Iger said when he shared that streaming and transforming Disney+ was his main priority as he continues his leadership as the CEO of Disney. At the final quarterly earnings call of 2023, Iger shared that Disney+ increased domestic subscribers by 7 million, and the company is set to profit from the platform for the first time since before the pandemic by the end of 2024. Disney+ isn’t the only thing on Disney’s radar, though, as they recently acquired the remainder of shares in Hulu, and could branch out further. Now, folks are making predictions regarding the future of streaming — and we found some of them to be interesting.
Uh-oh! We give you a lot of advice on what you should do on your Disney vacation, but today, we’re telling you what NOT to do.
Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom
Disney World is going to BANISH you from the parks if you do ANY of these super surprising things!
Disney’s new park pass reservation rules have officially gone into effect, and with that has come a slight change to virtual queues.
TRON Lightcycle / Run
Now that people with date-based tickets do NOT need to make a park reservation, they are able to book a virtual queue for any ride with one in either park (Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, currently) at the 7AM drop. Currently, TRON Lightcycle / Run in Magic Kingdom and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT are the only two rides with virtual queues. But will they be sticking around and could we see others join the lineup? Here are our thoughts.
