But despite having multiple locations in Disney World and around the globe, Rainforest Cafe doesn’t exactly have the best reputation when it comes to the eats. Sure, the My Disney Experience app has its flaws (quite a few of them actually), but one of our favorite features that it offers is Mobile Order! No need to wait in long lines at quick service restaurants when you order ahead. Sometimes Mobile Order can be frustrating when the parks are particularly busy and it gets backed up, but this week, we ran into an entirely different problem.
I think we can all be honest with each other here — the Disney World app has its faults.

My Disney Experience is useful when you’re trying to Mobile Order your next meal or check the wait times, but between the confusing Genie+ system, the clunky search function, and the random glitches that we’ve experienced in the past, we’ve had a fair share of frustrations with the app. But apparently, there’s one frustration plaguing app users that’s such a big problem Disney is issuing a WARNING.
