We’re not impatient…not really. Okay, maybe we’re lying. We are! We need more details about this year’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival STAT.

The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is kicking off later this year, so we don’t expect to know much more about the festival for a while. Disney did reveal a few things that are returning to this year’s festival. Disney recently released its earnings report for the second quarter of 2024 and held its quarterly earnings call. It’s already been a big year for the company, especially with Tokyo DisneySea’s MASSIVE expansion, Fantasy Springs, opening soon, the company moving ahead with plans for its OG resort Disneyland, and its plans to expand Magic Kingdom and re-theme part of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Disney+ Subscribers INCREASED by 6 Million. Are Iger’s Plans WORKING?

Disney CEO Bob Iger returned to his job in 2022 and has since been busy working on several key priorities he has for the company before he departs again in 2026.

Granted, it already feels like summer in Disney World (yes, it’s getting hot out), but that hasn’t stopped us from celebrating Hollywood Studios’ 35th Anniversary, seeing what new cookies Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs is offering this month, and chowing down on what is essentially a massive cake pop. Now, don’t get us wrong, we love seeing the latest Loungefly bags, designer ears, and other popular souvenirs. Star Wars Day has come and gone, but we’re still celebrating all things Star Wars here at DFB.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

That’s because the Season of the Force is still going strong in Disneyland (it lasts through June 2nd), which means we’ll be celebrating everything from a galaxy far, far away for a little longer. Now, that event brings special snacks to the parks, but May the 4th brings more special snacks (some you can only find for ONE DAY) to both Disney World and Disneyland. Yes, we were on BOTH coasts to try out a BUNCH of May the 4th treats, and we’ve got reviews for all of them!

Have you ever been on Storybook Land Canal Boats in Disneyland?

Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Paris

This classic attraction has been in Disneyland since the park’s opening day in 1955, but did you know it has a counterpart in Disneyland Paris? The Disneyland Paris version of Storybook Land Canal Boats is called “Le Pays des Contes de Fées” (which literally translates into “The Land of Fairy Tales”), and that ride is getting a Pixar update very soon!
