Hello to all our DFB friends! Thanks for stopping by!
We spent a lovely day at EPCOT, checking out the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival and seeing what’s new. So are you ready for some updates!
Disneyland Paris closed in 2020 due to the pandemic, later reopened, and then closed again. The theme parks are currently set to reopen in April.
But, while the Disneyland Paris theme parks are closed, fans can still enjoy a little bit of the Disneyland Paris area by shopping at World of Disney!
We’re spending a wonderful morning in Magic Kingdom and we spotted something exciting!
Every once in a while, Disney does some filming in the theme parks for promos or specials. Today, we spotted filming with GUESTS in the Magic Kingdom!

Heading to Disney World for spring break?
Get ready for a busy week! Disney recently extended its hours to prepare, and we’ve already seen some heavy crowds in the parks. Orlando International Airport is expecting MAJOR air travel, and it seems like Disney is a popular destination. In fact, Park Pass reservations are now completely booked.
With the start of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary just a few months away, we’re seeing a LOT of attractions and areas all around the park getting some refurbishments.
Cinderella Castle already got a new paint job, but it’s getting some more sprucing up now. We’ve also seen various hotel areas, hotel pools, and rides all over Disney World get some updates. And now a MAJOR spot in Magic Kingdom is set to receive some refurbishment too!
Can you believe it’s already March? Like wasn’t it just Christmas yesterday?
Okay, so we’re only THREE months into the New Year, but SO MUCH has happened at Disney World in 2021 already! Not only do we have a huge 18-month-long 50th birthday party to attend, but some parks and resorts are already looking a LOT different!
Yesterday, we shared some BIG news about EPCOT.
The long-anticipated Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will open in the newly-expanded France Pavilion on October 1st, 2021 — and we’ll also get to FINALLY try out the new La Crêperie de Paris. And ICYMI, these openings are happened on none other than Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary! As you can imagine, it’s gonna be a pretty busy day in the parks.
More and more of traditional brick-and-mortar experiences are moving online for Disney, from movie premieres (like Raya and the Last Dragon) to shopping.
Due to the shift to e-commerce on shopDisney and elsewhere, Disney announced that 20% of Disney stores across North America would be CLOSING, sending Disney fans into a tizzy wondering if their nearby store would be one of the affected closures. (After all, where would you be able to find Spaghetti Stitch?!)
If you are the type to look swanky and swell at Walt Disney World, chances are you know about Dapper Day.
This is an organization that celebrates retro style and modern “refined” style that throws it back to days of red lipstick, bouffant hairstyles, and petticoats. You may know them from their Dapper Day meetups at Disney World and Disneyland!
What came first, Raya and the Last Dragon or all its merchandise?
The new Disney animated movie released in theaters and on Disney+ Premiere Access this past week. And, if you loved the movie but can’t make it into the Disney Parks to pick up all the new merchandise and food, then you might want to stop by McDonald’s. Because now you can get your Happy Meal with a side of Raya and her band of misfits!
