Greetings from Walt Disney World!
We like to keep up with how lines are looking in the parks, so here’s a look at all the average wait times in Disney World from this week.
Another week has passed by in Disney World and this one was filled with holiday news!
That’s right, it may only be mid-October but Disney World is already looking toward the holiday season! Let’s go over the most unexpected news of the week.
We love getting to go to Disney World every day, and we love spotting new merchandise when it becomes available.

All dressed up for the 50th Anniversary!
So you can imagine our excitement when the 50th Anniversary Mickey Mouse Popcorn Bucket turned up today, just about two weeks after the official start of the celebrations! And Mickey was VERY happy to be out and about at the theme parks — so much that he decided to take a tour around the resort!
Walt Disney World has a huge variety of rides for everyone!
There are roller coasters, motion simulators, drop rides, and even trackless vehicle rides. But we’re here to talk about another popular kind of Disney attraction: boat rides! From the thrilling to the educational, we think it’s time to separate the good from the bad to just the “meh.” Let’s rank all of the boat rides at Disney World!
Oogie Boogie Bash is this year’s Halloween after-hours party at Disney California Adventure! It features treat trails, villains, and all sorts of Halloween fun!

SPPPOOOKKKY
We’ve seen the likes of Marvel’s Agatha Harkness, Cruella DeVil, and even a weirdly human Sid from Toy Story at the event. But today, Disney announced a new addition to the spooky celebration and it was NOT what we were expecting!
We are always impressed by so much of what happens at Disney World. From the Imagineering that goes into creating amazing rides (have you even been on Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure yet?) to all the little details that most people don’t even notice that just adds extra detail to the magic, it’s no wonder that many of us refer to Disney World as our happy place.

We love all the details!
Well, we’ve got even more Disney World happiness to share with you today! And it’s all about some Disney animals in Mickey hats — but these aren’t just any typical Disney animals.
EPCOT is currently undergoing a massive transformation that includes new rides, lands, restaurants, and more!
Future World has been divided into 3 new neighborhoods, there is a brand new flagship store in the park, and we’re getting closer to the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Part of the transformation is EPCOT’s new nighttime spectacular, Harmonious, which debuted recently for Disney World’s 50th anniversary. We’ve checked out the show several times since opening night, and, agree there are some viewing locations that are better than others! Here are the best and worst locations to view Harmonious in EPCOT!
On October 19th, Disney World is introducing a new planning system called Disney Genie, along with the paid replacement for FastPass+, Disney Genie+.
Disney Genie+ will cost guests $15 per ticket, per day in Disney World ($20 per ticket, per day in Disneyland Resort when it arrives later on) and will allow guests to skip the long waits for select attractions by using the Lightning Lanes. But, if you’re used to using Disney’s FastPass+ system, there are some differences with Genie+ that may surprise you!
It’s no secret that Disney World has been dropping a LOT of merchandise recently.
We found the newest 50th Anniversary popcorn bucket during a 🍿pop🍿 into the Magic Kingdom, and then we also saw it in Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We found his Minnie back on the 50th anniversary in sipper cup form but this Mickey wasn’t ready for the big day. Now he’s finally arrived! Okay, enough suspense building. Time for the big reveal!
Walt Disney World’s 50th Celebration is in full swing and taking place throughout all four parks!
We’ve tried a LOT of new food offerings as a part of the festivities. After all, there are OVER 150 new snacks. Now, we’re headed over for a reservation at Hollywood Brown Derby in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to try out the TWO new 50th eats at this signature restaurant!
