We spent a lovely rainy day at Magic Kingdom.
And sure, it was wet, but we didn’t let that stop us from walking around the park to see if we could spot anything new! So here are our rainy day updates!
food IS a theme park

Cinderella Castle has seen some changes over the past year or so, but she’s looking better than ever!
Last February, Disney announced that the castle would be getting a refurbishment. And it did – the moat was drained and the castle received a brand new paint job! And we have to say — the new pink color has grown on us, and it really pops in photos, especially against a gorgeous blue Florida sky.
The Disney Skyliner is so much fun!
It’s become one of our favorite transportation options at Disney World, mostly because of the awesome bird’s eye view we get of Disney World! And we think some of you think so, too — because Disney is always releasing new merchandise with the Skyliner on it, including figures, popcorn buckets, MagicBands. and more! This next line is for the biggest Skyliner stans yet!
We’ve been taking full advantage of the return to park hopping at Walt Disney World!
We love that in the morning we can have Dole Whip for breakfast and then head over to EPCOT to enjoy the Festival of the Arts in the afternoon. In fact, we park hop so much nowadays that we even broke down what we love and hate about its return to Disney for you! While being able to go from park-to-park in one day again has been fun, there was still a ticket option that was missing and will FINALLY be making its return to Disney World next month!
We’ve seen big crowds in Disney World over the last week.
The parks were packed last weekend due to the holiday — we saw some of the biggest crowds since Disney reopened last year! We expected things to slow down a bit as the week progressed, but we were hit with some MAJOR traffic today as we drove to the Transportation and Ticket Center.
Hello from EPCOT!
As the Festival of the Arts wraps up in the next week and Disney gears up for the Flower and Garden Festival, we’ve got lots to show you! We took a trip to EPCOT yesterday so we could let you know exactly what’s new. Let’s get started!
We had a very busy day in Disney World today!
It was certainly a gloomy day, but we made the most of it by visiting Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom Lodge! We’re bringing you along with us for our trip allll around Disney World today.
Hello world travelers! We’re back with another what’s new in EPCOT!

China Pavilion
We recently visited the park to give you the latest updates on food, merchandise, construction, and more, so follow along with us!
We’re nearing a year since Disneyland closed down due to the global pandemic.

Disneyland Entrance
Although Downtown Disney and Disney California Adventure’s Buena Vista Street are open to guests for shopping and dining, it’s been a long time since anyone has had the full experience of the Disneyland Resort theme parks. After receiving strict reopening guidelines from the State of California back in October of 2020, Anaheim officials are in support of accelerating Disneyland and other Southern California theme park reopening.
Disney World has a new obsession — Trinket Trays!
We’ll admit that when we first saw one, though, we had NO idea what it was. But we still bought it because it was a cool Cinderella Castle and Main Street, U.S.A. thing, but then later noticed that it rang up as a “trinket tray.” And then we spotted a Tree of Life Trinket Tray, too!
