After nearly 30 years at its current home, Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop has been temporarily relocated while its Marketplace location undergoes a renovation. The renovations are expected to be completed sometime in Spring 2027, so we stopped by the temporary location to check it out and bring you all the details you need to know!
A big change has hit Disney Springs, and we are here to tell you all about it. In case you did not know, there are buses that will take you from each of the Disney World hotels directly to Disney Springs.
This is a fantastic transportation option and lets resort guests easily reach Disney Springs. In the past, non-resort guests would use these buses as well, however, that has officially changed. Let’s dive into everything you need to know. [Read more…]
The Fourth of July weekend is here, and while we’re anticipating crowds in Disney World, we’re also excited about all the patriotic treats available for a short time, including a new treat in the Japan Pavilion in EPCOT. Then there are the special fireworks to look forward to in EPCOT and Magic Kingdom!
Of course, a lot more is going on in Disney World right now, and that includes Disney World restaurants. This week, we saw some big changes happening on Disney World restaurant menus, so we thought we’d share those with you so you’re updated!
If you’re planning a Disney World trip, then you need to have Official Walt Disney World Hotels on your radar. These are the hotel chains you know and love, notably Marriott and Hilton hotels, within walking distance of Disney Springs, that offer some amazing Disney perks like complimentary transportation and early theme park entry.
We checked out the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace right next to Disney Springs, and after we got settled in our room, you know what comes next. We had to try all of the food! And spoiler alert – we might stay here again just to eat!
Things are ALWAYS changing in Disney World! Lately, it feels like the parks are entirely new places thanks to updates like Villains Land, Piston Peak, Monsters Inc. Land, and other major changes.

Welcome to La Poutinerie
Each week, it feels like Disney is constantly dropping new information, details, and more! That’s why we like to do a weekly wrap-up of the biggest news so you don’t miss a single thing. This week was pretty exciting for people who love new stuff in Disney World!
When it comes to dining at Disney World, you’ve got a TON of options. Want something quick and easy? You’ve got it. Something middle-of-the-road and comforting? Yep, that too. And if you’re looking for something upscale and luxurious, you can find that as well.
We recently stopped by The BOATHOUSE at Disney Springs to see what was cookin’, and now we’re bringing you our FULL review. Is it worth a stop on your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth? Find out here!
Disney Springs is home to dozens of incredible restaurants that are all so different from one another, so on any given day, you and your party should have no trouble finding an option you all will enjoy.
City Works Eatery and Pour House is, in our opinion, one of the most underrated spots in the entire shopping and dining district, and we recently just stopped by to grab one of their offerings that isn’t obviously available to those looking to dine here quickly. It’s only available as part of a table service meal, or by going up to the host stand, but trust us when we say that the extra work is BEYOND worth it!
It’s the Fourth of July at Disney World, which means there are tons of new food at the parks! There are so many limited-time treats, including Fourth of July-themed cakes, cupcakes, cheesecake, milkshakes, beignets, and even chocolate-covered bacon. But there’s a new Fourth of July-themed churro that you need to see!
We love heading to Disney Springs to try all of the newest snacks and treats. So when we saw there was a new Fourth of July churro at Sunshine Churros, we had to run over and try it!
Price increases are just a reality in Disney World, and they happen fairly often. Every year, we pretty much report on price increases on everything from tickets to Annual Passes.
However, restaurant prices tend to fluctuate on a regular basis. We track restaurant menu changes every week, and sometimes we see some pretty big price increases. Well, that’s what just happened with The BOATHOUSE, a super popular restaurant in Disney Springs. So how much will you be paying the next time you visit The BOATHOUSE? Let’s find out.
