We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it again: Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival is a must do at least once in your Disney life. The food is fine, the drinks are tasty, and the celebration is energetic.

Here at DFB we pride ourselves on reporting Epcot Food and Wine Festival Info just as soon as we have it! And today, we’re sharing with you a look at the VERY FIRST artists seemingly slated for the 2018 Eat to the Beat concert series!
If you’re new to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival here’s what this means. Eat to the Beat is a concert series that takes place during the Epcot Food and Wine Festival (the dates of which we STILL DON’T KNOW, but we got some intel today that it will likely be similar to 2017’s dates — late August through mid-November). The series features musical acts from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s, and concerts take place most evenings of the Festival.

We’ve been getting A LOT of emails and messages lately asking us this question right now, and we KNOW you’re all eager to start planning your trips, booking your hotels, and looking for flights. We are, too!
What are the dates for the 2018 Food and Wine Festival?
We have some exciting news about upcoming Fall events at Walt Disney World!
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort has announced the dates, menus, and seminars for the 9th Annual Food and Wine Classic. Mark your calendars for Friday, October 26, and Saturday, October 27, 2018!
The Food and Wine Classic also coincides with the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival. And once again, the Food and Wine Classic will include both Seminars and The Causeway.
Want to know what else you can expect at the 2018 Food and Wine Classic? Here’s a run down!
The central attraction of the Classic is the more than 40 tasting stations featuring dishes from the resort’s 17 restaurants and lounges as well as more than 30 wineries on the Causeway. Check out the Menus page for an idea of what you can expect!
Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic
This year several new menu items are joining returning favorites including Dynamite Rock Shrimp, Late Season Zellwood Corn, Wasabi Foam, Matsutake & Japanese Eggplant, Crispy Lotus Root from bluezoo, and Shake & Bake Style Southern Fried Chicken, Black-Eyed Pea Puree, White Cheddar Fondue, Bacon Infused Roast Garlic Gravy from Picabu.
In addition to the Causeway Tasting Booths, the Food and Wine Classic offers three special food areas this year, Carnival Corner, Chinatown, and NEW for 2018, The Pig & Poke. [Read more…]
We have some exciting news to share with you today!
The dates have been announced for the 2018 Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic! The 9th annual Food and Wine Classic will be held Friday, October 26, and Saturday, October 27, 2018!
Once again, the Food and Wine Classic will coincide with the Epcot Food and Wine Festival and will include The Causeway and Seminars. The Sunday Bubbles Brunch is planned for Sunday, October 28, 2018!

Boasting a huge variety of dishes created by Master Chefs and drinks along with live music and entertainment, the Party is a highlight of the season for many Festival guests.
Ever dream of having your picture taken with Chef Remy from Ratatouille? Then now’s your chance! For the run of the 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival — now through November 13, 2017 — guests utilizing the Disney PhotoPass Service can request a Magic Shot with Remy himself!

The Polite Pig Mac and Cheese is one of the newest additions to our gallery, and it’s divine. We love the shell pasta and how it holds all that tasty cheese sauce. Mmmm.
