And we just found the most fun and BEST refurbishment sign we’ve ever seen in the parks!
Disney World has been experiencing larger crowds in the parks recently. And we’re starting to see a few changes already!

Disney has brought back some of the amazing seasonal entertainment we all know and love, more restaurants and dining kiosks are opening, and each day seems to bring more news of extended hours for the parks.
As these changes are taking place, Disney continues to survey guests to find out what’s important and not important to visitors to determine what future changes they need to implement. They want to know more about guests, including what services and experiences will entice them to come back, and what will keep them away.
Disney World has been switching up its hours quite a bit recently in all four parks as more crowds continue to head back to the parks.

While hours in the parks had already been extended for Columbus Day Weekend previously, now guests have an extra hour to explore the attractions, stores, and restaurants when they return over the next two days!

After several weeks (months?) of seeing bigger crowds in Disney World and more and more folks not adhering to strict mask wearing rules (it goes over your nose y’all), Disney World is laying down the LAW in their newest signage!
Here’s the background — according to Disney’s current rules, all guests ages 2 and over must wear a face mask at all times in the theme parks, except when at a Relaxation Station or when actively eating or drinking and stationary.

Whether you’ve got a DFB mask or a Disney mask or one of the many other face mask designs out there, it’s important that you follow Disney’s specific mask requirements during your stay. And today they’re getting SERIOUS.
We’re just a tiny bit obsessed with the Haunted Mansion, especially around Halloween. And so far this year, we’ve been eating our Haunted Mansion snacks, wearing our Haunted Mansion gear, and wearing our Haunted Mansion pins!

We’ve seen a LOT of Haunted Mansion merchandise at Disney World, but there’s one item that we LOVE that keeps selling out — and we’re just DYING to see it return!
ICYMI, The Lunching Pad reopened TODAY in Magic Kingdom! This spot is back to its usual duties of serving counter service eats to guests who have blasted into Tomorrowland.

There are no major changes to the menu to report upon reopening… and that’s not a bad thing at all, when you consider that The Lunching Pad serves — among other items — the Pepper Jack Warm Stuffed Pretzel AND the Cream Cheese Warm Stuffed Pretzel! Halloween may not be here yet, but we’re already stocking up on Christmas spirit jerseys and ornaments!

Now, the only question we have is how late will the parks be open when we visit during Christmastime? Disney is starting to give us a better idea of that now.
As Walt Disney World continues in its phased reopening, restaurants are continuing to reopen along with the rest of the Resort.
