Disney Springs has a lot of great Happy Hour specials happening right now.
But today, we found out about another one that’s only going to be around for a limited time!
There are many hidden jewels scattered throughout Disney World like hidden mickeys and secret menu items!
We wish everyone could stay long enough to discover them all, but that’s why you’ve got us! We wanted to tell you a little about one of these sweet gems we found recently (on accident!)!

Ahhh, the infamous Beverly soda. You know the one — it’s the bitter soda from Italy that’s located in Club Cool in Epcot’s Future World at Walt Disney World. The one you trick your friends into drinking as you photograph their reactions for posterity. Yeah, that Beverly.
Beverly used to be found only in Epcot’s Future World, but when the Coca-Cola Store Orlando opened in Disney Springs a few years ago, they brought the Beverly with them. [Read more…]
It’s time to put on your hula skirt (or at least your stretchy pants!) and surf on into the newly reopened Tangaroa Terrace! This quick service spot located at the Disneyland Hotel has a fresh new look — and lots of tasty eats (including Dole Whip!) on the also refreshed menu!
The lunch and dinner menu here has retained some of our old favorites (like Panko-Crusted Long Beans!) and added some newbies. [Read more…]
Back in July, we told you about Animal Kingdom’s newest place to chill out: Restaurantosaurus Lounge. At the time, it was described as undergoing a three month trial period and had limited hours from 5PM to closing. But we loved the concept, particularly as indoor air conditioned places to rest our adventuring feet are always welcome in Walt Disney World’s largest park.
That said, as much as we love the concept, sticking a “lounge” in a corner of a counter service restaurant does not make for a relaxing retreat. We’ll give you our full thoughts at the end of this article, but first — some details… .
It’s Halloween in the Disney Parks, and if you think Disney Springs was letting everyone else have all the fun, you’ve got another think comin’! Because right now at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, a trio of drinks come with Poison Apple Glow Cubes!
You need this, so here’s the drill: The Forbidden Apple, the Autumn Smash, and the Non-Alcoholic Poison-less Apple each come with the green Poison Apple Glow Cube. (You might recognize it from Disneyland’s Halloween Time last year, and those lucky ducks on the west coast have three colors from which to choose this year!) [Read more…]
, Disney Springs’ newest restaurant, opened earlier this month, and we dig the tasty menu of Italian favorites.

is a terrific place to dine if you’re looking for a little Hollywood Flair at Disney’s Hollywood Studios — and the best part is that there’s no ADR required!
That’s right! You can saunter up to Brown Derby Lounge on a whim and experience the understated elegance and tasty menu that so many have lauded in the Brown Derby Restaurant proper.
We’ve enjoyed our visits here, where Margarita and Martini Flights rule and you almost can’t go wrong with the menu of Brown Derby Restaurant-approved eats. And with outdoor seating on Hollywood Boulevard, it’s a great place for people watching!
During a recent visit to the World, I dropped in for a few plates of food — and left having eaten the best thing I ate in my entire visit! I love being surprised by awesome food — even more so when it’s served in such a great location!
You already know that Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant is the place to go for innovative and classic takes on Irish cuisine. And that you can listen to rocking tunes while chowing down on fish and chips. And that there’s an extensive drinks menu here, making it a terrific night out for the grown ups.
We got an unexpected look at the construction of BaseLine Tap House in Disney’s Hollywood Studios today. The construction walls, which normally hide this very un-magical work from guest view, were down, presumably due to the approaching hurricane.
BaseLine Tap House — which will serve beer, wine, and appetizers — will reside on Grand Avenue, a new-ish area that’s designed to capture “the spirit of Downtown Los Angeles.” We say new-ish because it’ll mostly be located in the remnants of Streets of America.
Let’s take a look! So far there’s lots of stylized fencing and lamp posts.
