The Cake Bake Shop
The Cake Bake Shop opened October 24th, and we have been lucky enough to try the bakery, breakfast, lunch and the champagne bar there! This is an elegant dining location, perfect for celebrating special occasions. And now, it’s about to get easier to dine there.

We’ve said goodbye to several stores in Disney Springs over the past year and even dealt with continued restaurant closures, too. Of course, when one door closes another one opens, and this time — the door is closing on a restaurant at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and we’ve got all the details.

If you’ve been to Disney’s BoardWalk recently, you may have noticed some demolition going on over there. The ESPN Club has closed, and Disney has been taking down the signs and previous decorations in that area. So what’s going to fill that space now? Luckily, we didn’t have to wait long for the answer!

Kouzzina Spanakopita
I haven’t seen any Kouzzina recipes floating around since its grand opening last fall, so I found this Cat Cora Spanakopita recipe on the Food Network site. I figure, since the restaurant is Cat’s first signature restaurant, the Disney version can’t be too far from this one, right? 😉
The main difference I see is that this recipe is in pie form, where Disney’s portions are clearly made individually. @gbastian suggested via twitter to swap out the pie crust for puff pastry, or you can go Greek and use phyllo.
