It’s no secret that this is a busy time of year for Disney World.

It’s the Spring Break travel season, which means a LOT of folks have flown into Orlando International Airport and are heading for Disney World. We’ve seen some pretty serious crowds recently, along with some high Genie+ prices, and it looks like that could be the case next week. In fact, if you’re someone who still needs a park pass reservation to visit Disney World, you’ll find that one park is completely SOLD OUT for three days next week.

But there is one special, yet random day in May that all Star Wars fans are probably hoping to visit Batuu more than any other day, at least that’s the feeling we get when we look at the park reservations calendar!

Expect BIG CROWDS in Disney World: Park Passes SOLD OUT Through the Weekend for 2 Parks

This week has been BUSY at Disney World, and it looks like it’s just going to get worse as we approach the weekend.

We’ve noticed bigger-than-normal crowds in the parks, and Genie+ prices skyrocketed early in the week (those prices are based on demand, so when prices are high, we expect busier parks). We’ve been fighting some crowds in the parks for the past few days, but it’s likely to ramp up even more as we head into the weekend. This weekend is about to get really…interesting.

Disney World is going to get busy this weekend

Why? Well, earlier this year, we warned you that Disney World might see some BIG crowds one random weekend in February thanks to a cheer competition, and now, the crowds have arrived. Yesterday, February 9th, we saw the highest Genie+ price we’ve seen in over a month, suggesting Disney expected more demand for the service that day. Plus, Super Bowl Sunday could bring in some folks. Today, we’re seeing another sign that things are going to be super busy — Park Pass reservations are completely GONE for all four parks today.

A LOT changed in Disney World this week and our heads are still REELING.

Okay, so first, we saw the Disney Dining Plan return (and, yes, it’s a little different now). We also saw all-day park hopping come back to Disney World. We even saw the end of Park Pass Reservations for most Disney World guests, although that doesn’t include Annual Passholders. Well, Passholders, we’ve got a bit of bad news to share about Magic Kingdom today.

If you’re an Annual Passholder looking to get into the parks today, make sure you check out park pass reservations first!

The parks have been seeing some BUSY days recently. Not only have the parks been packed with guests, but most Annual Passholders were blocked out until January 5th. As we gain access back to the parks, it looks like we’re seeing some roadblocks along the way — in the shape of Park Pass Reservations. We know that Park Pass Reservations are gone for date-based tickets, but Annual Passholders still have to abide by Park Pass rules unless it is a good-to-go day or after 2PM. We’ve been keeping an eye on the Park Pass Reservation calendar… and ALL park passes are sold out today — except for ONE park.
