Typically, holiday weekends tend to bring extra crowds to the Disney World parks. And it looks like this President’s Day weekend is no exception! In fact, it’s so busy in Disney World that we just experienced a first for Disney Genie+.
The day we warned you about is here: it’s President’s Day! You might be wondering, “What’s the big deal about President’s Day?” Well, in Disney World, those extra few days off invite TONS of guests to visit the parks, which means there are long lines, high wait times, and large crowds pretty much everywhere!

Wait times have been on the rise for the last week. We anticipated this increase, and sure enough, the parks have been pretty crowded all weekend! Let’s take a look at what it was like today.

Sure, we’re not too picky about our fried dough. Today, though, is a SPECIAL day. It’s Presidents’ Day and that means a super-patriotic treat is available in Disney World. Without further ado, here’s a salute to all donuts — but especially this new America one.
When we hear these three words at Disney World, they sound like sweet music to our ears!

And those words are… “extending its HOURS!” How can we NOT contain our excitement when we hear we’ll be able to spend a little more time in one of our favorite Disney World parks!
