We’ve had a ton of fun kicking off this season’s first Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party and checking out all the eats, treats, spooky entertainment, and rare character meet and greets we could get around to in one night. We look forward to this event all year and we can’t believe it’s finally here! We love all the exclusive snacks and entertainment we get to experience during this event, as well as, of course, the trick or treating! Kids and adults have tons of fun traveling through the Treat Trails around Disney California Adventure and getting all the candy possible and meeting Disney villains while they do it. From the speed walking at rope drop to the sometimes ridiculous stretches we have to do to get on and off rides to the 15,000-step days when you’re in the park from open to close, you’re definitely getting a bit of a workout in during your Disney vacation. With spooky season nearly upon us, it’s time to start thinking about costumes and decorations. Disney and Amazon have teamed up once again with a special storefront that can meet all your Halloween needs.
It is nearly Halloween, but Disney is already celebrating the spooky season! One of the coolest things about Disney Halloweens is the holiday overlay you can see at the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland.
Haunted Mansion at Disneyland
Disney dresses up the ride with decorations and characters from the popular cult classic movie The Nightmare Before Christmas. While the movie came out in the 90s, it has found popularity much more recently. Throughout the Halloween and holiday seasons, you can see The Pumpkin King Jack Skellington, his dog Zero, and other popular characters within the ride. But there is one addition to the Haunted Mansion that everyone LOVES to see — the gingerbread house! And now Disney has shared an inside look at this marvelous structure.
