Universal may have just picked out the name of its new park planned for the United Kingdom. Let’s take a look at the details!
You guys, it’s a seriously good year for Universal Orlando Resort.
Back in May, the resort opened up a brand-new theme park, Universal Epic Universe. The new park has been received fairly well with its popular IPs, unique rides, and shockingly delicious theme park food. But did you know Epic Universe has several offerings that are award-worthy? Yep, the theme park was recognized multiple times by the Golden Ticket Awards.
Are you planning a visit to Universal Orlando? A lot of folks are right now, especially now that Epic Universe is open and Halloween Horror Nights just kicked off.
Well, if you are visiting Universal Orlando soon, you might also be staying in a Universal Orlando hotel. As you may know, staying in a Universal Orlando hotel scores you certain perks, with one of the best being early admission to the theme parks, including Universal’s water park, Volcano Bay. Well, the Early Park Admission perk at Volcano Bay recently changed.

Phew! When it comes to Universal theme park news, there’s so much to talk about. Universal just kicked off its Halloween Horror Nights season with a stacked lineup of haunted houses, food, drinks, and new entertainment. We just got done saying goodbye to a classic coaster. But while we’re celebrating all of the changes happening in Universal Orlando, there’s even more to be excited about right now. Universal Kids Resort in Texas is finally starting to take shape, and we’re giving you an updated look to see how far construction has already come for Universal’s newest park.
If you’ve ever been to Disney World during a busy season, you know the feeling — shoulder-to-shoulder walkways, long lines for snacks, and unbearable waits for rides. Unfortunately, we could see a lot more of that next year.
It may not seem apparent, but if you’re planning a trip in 2026, brace yourself for a potentially rough reality. Crowds might be heavier than usual, and we’ve thought of three big reasons why.
It is Halloween time in Orlando, and Disney World has already kicked off its festivities with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This is a family-friendly event, which, as the name suggests, is really not that scary. But if you are looking for a more frightening time, then you may need to plan a trip to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort this year!

Welcome to the SCARE ZONE!
Halloween Horror Nights, or HHN, is on the other side of the spectrum of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, as it is definitely VERY scary. If you’ve never been to one of these events before, you may be in for a surprise if you don’t know what you’re getting into. But that’s why we’re here! If you’re heading to the event this year, here’s everything you need to know so you’re not caught off guard!
It’s no secret that vacations to Walt Disney World or the Universal Orlando Resort are expensive. Take it from someone who has been traveling to the area for years: from travel, lodging, and theme park tickets to souvenirs, food, and rental cars, a trip to the Central Florida tourist area can cost a pretty penny. Suffice it to say, the last thing most travelers want to deal with is a “hidden” charge that arrives days or even weeks after they arrive home.
This “hidden tax” afflicts travelers who fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO) and then rent a car. See, driving from the airport to Disney World, Universal, or any of the area’s other tourist attractions will take you across some toll roads. While the amount will vary depending on the route you take, there will be a charge.
Universal has filed a new permit for Epic Universe, just a few short months after the park officially opened.
The permit details a large wall that will be built on the side of the park that is closest to the wastewater treatment plant, just northeast of Epic Universe, according to theme park reporter Alicia Stella.
If you’re heading to Epic Universe, Universal Orlando’s newest park, and planning to do whatever it takes to ride Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry but ALSO don’t want to wait hours and hours, there are a few times during the day that you will NOT want to get in line.
Thankfully, we watch Epic Universe wait times every day — yes, even when we’re not in the parks — so we keep up with all the latest data. I can personally say that even when I’m not physically there, I study these wait times so you can feel confident knowing that you’ll be prepared for your upcoming vacation. If you want to avoid those wildly long wait times, here’s the WORST time to ride this popular attraction!
