It’s still hard to believe that this year marks the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company.
Fab Five celebrates 100 Years of Walt Disney Company!
But think of all the movies, TV shows, theme parks, and memories the company has given us all. It’s almost overwhelming! Well, get ready to be like Riley in Inside Out and get all up in your emotions as you watch the company’s Super Bowl ad, which celebrates those 100 years in the most magical way possible.
Well, we’re in for MORE winter, at least according to one particular groundhog.
Looks like Elsa is going to be around a little longer this year
While we were getting ready for rope drop at Disney World this morning, the rest of the world was holding its breath to see if a certain groundhog saw its shadow or not (spoiler alert: it did). But part of the ceremony at Gobbler’s Knob in Pennsylvania also included fireworks — and during the show, we heard some VERY familiar music.

We’ve already seen 100th anniversary merchandise in the parks and online and a huge celebration will be kicking off soon in Disneyland, which will also get TWO new nighttime shows. Well, we now have a sneak peek at one of those shows!
This week has been a pretty busy one for Disney World.

We got some brand new 2022 EPCOT Festival of the Holidays news, a new movie announcement featuring a little purple dragon, and Hurricane Ian caused Disney World and other Florida theme parks to close for a couple of days.

It’s sure to be a fun time with a lot of great panels, cosplay, announcements, exclusive merchandise, and more. There will also be some exhibits for guests to check out, including one from the Walt Disney Archives called “Step In Time.” But you can get a SNEAK PEEK at that exhibit right now!

With locations at both Disneyland and Disney World, we’re excited to taste new flavors on both coasts. We’ve eaten some interesting creations, too, like Deviled Egg Ice Cream (no, really), Saffron & Honey with Crystalized Flower Petals Ice Cream, and a delicious Roasted Pineapple Coconut Sherbet. So we can’t WAIT for new flavor drops, and an announcement for the next round of flavors is coming soon!
Is “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” from Disney’s Encanto turning into “it’s a small world” for you? Well, whether you’re sick of the hit song or you’re still dancing to it anytime it comes on, it’s likely only to become something we hear more and more of in the Disney Parks!

‘Encanto’ characters, music, and more have been showing up in the parks recently, with a potential attraction on the way, Encanto-themed snacks, an Encanto float in Disneyland’s Main Street Electrical Parade, and more! And, if you were jealous of the “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” projections on “it’s a small world” for a limited time in Disneyland, rest assured, there’s now a way to see Encanto projections in Disney World!

We bet the memory of that smell comes so easily, too! Part of that smell is from those iconic Disney candy apples that can be made to celebrate holidays, resemble villains, and even look like Mickey! You might have even stopped and watched the Disney candy makers create these wonderful concoctions!
