Disney is constantly adjusting its policies and procedures.
To get input on best practices from guests, Disney’s sent surveys on crowding, Fastpass+, overall experience — and even superheroes! And recently, guests who stayed in a Disney resort received a survey asking about THEIR experiences.
There may be a new baby animal on the way in Disney World!
We’re pretty invested in Disney’s baby animals here at DFB. We’ve shown you baby giraffes, rhinos, babirusas, aardvarks, and more! And while we don’t have another little one to welcome JUST yet, we’ve got a hint that one may be on the way at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.
If all goes to plan, we could be riding a train from Orlando International Airport directly to Disney World in the future.
But, that’s the thing — there’s still a LOT left to plan. Recently, we shared that one division from the State of Florida essentially set a deadline for Brightlight to meet when it comes to some necessary agreements and plans for its route from the airport through a Disney station and on to Tampa. Some exciting new tech is on its way to Disney World!
We’ve seen quite a few changes to technology like MagicBands! They’re no longer free to Disney resort guests, who can opt to get a Key to the World card instead. And soon, guests will have a third way to manage their vacation: the brand-new MagicMobile service.

White Rabbit Easter Egg
Not only does Disney release those AMAZING chocolate Easter eggs (NOM!), but Disneyland also hosts an Eggstravaganza. This is a scavenger hunt that invites guests to find character-themed Easter Eggs in the theme parks and Downtown Disney. And it’s SO much fun!
EPCOT is very much Disney World’s work-in-progress park right now.
From the HUGE construction in Future World to the major upcoming attractions, we’re seeing a LOT of work in the park. Recently, we’ve found ourselves super focused on the construction for EPCOT’s new nighttime spectacular and we saw more work today.
Disney is constantly changing, especially with all the new health and safety regulations in place right now.

Frozen Ever After
On top of this, things happen. For example, rides go down, animatronics go wonky, ducks turn into plants — we’ve seen it all. And today, we noticed that a big piece of the fan-favorite attraction Frozen Ever After was missing.
Hello from Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
We’ve been BUSY trying all the St. Patrick’s Day food around Disney World, but that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about the parks’ other eats and treats! Among St. Paddy’s cupcakes, ice cream sammies, and shakes, we still found time for an off-the-menu sip at Animal Kingdom!
Spring break is in full swing so it’s a BUSY week in Disney World.
We’ve been reporting from the busy parks all week — and it doesn’t look like the month is going to get any slower. Did you know a lot of days are already completely BOOKED? Now, we’re taking a look at the rides with the HIGHEST wait times in all of Disney World!
