REVIEW: We've Got a Disney Math Problem: Do Strawberries + Ice Cream = True Love?

We all have a favorite, old-reliable snack that we can always count on. For some, it’s a trusty bucket of popcorn. For others, it’s a sweet churro served warm and fresh. You can’t go wrong with the classics! Although we all have a favorite Disney snack, it’s also fun to try the limited-time seasonal treats served in the parks and resorts — sometimes they might surprise you!

During our trip to Disney California Adventure in Disneyland, we tried a new Valentine’s Day treat! Is it worthy of our love? Let’s find out!

For a limited time this month (February 11th-14th), Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream is serving the True Love Sundae.

Is this what true love feels like?

This new ice cream treat is made with scoops of vanilla and strawberry ice cream, served in a waffle cup and topped with strawberry sauce, cherry whipped cream (YUM!), sprinkles, and a sliced chocolate-covered strawberry. Looking at our pictures, you might be thinking, “Where are the sprinkles?!”

It’s loaded with toppings!

When we ordered the sundae, it was served with graham cracker crumbs instead of sprinkles! As is usual with Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream, the ice cream was delicious! We also enjoyed the waffle cone; it’s one of those things you really can’t mess up. The strawberry syrup made this treat very sweet, so keep that in mind if you aren’t a big fan of sweets. (You could also ask a Cast Member to leave the syrup off your ice cream!)

You can’t go wrong with ice cream!
