There are always SO many changes in Disney World, it’s almost impossible to keep up.
Just this week alone, we attended the reopening of an updated Disney World restaurant, 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. We tried a brand new SECRET cake at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. We even tried two new snacks in EPCOT. We also took a look at Disney World restaurant menus, and those have had some changes, too.
So let’s dive into how Disney World restaurants have changed this week.
Magic Kingdom
Be Our Guest
Appetizers have changed at Be Our Guest:
- REMOVED: Duck and Pork Terrine and Potato-Leek Soup
- ADDED: Tuna Tartare — Dijonnaise, Chopped Egg, and Black Olive Oil
- ADDED: Sweet Corn Bisque — Corn Madeleine, Tomato, and Chive (Plant-based)
Entrees also changed:
- REMOVED: Dry-Aged Duroc Pork Chop and Wine and Beer-braised Beef Short Rib
- Roasted Poulet Rouge Chicken description changed from “Truffle-Potato Purée, Wild Mushrooms, and Green Onion Relish” to “Asparagus, Petit Potato, Watercress, and Whole-Grain Mustard Sauce”
ADDED: Seared Pork Tenderloin — Potatoes, Stewed Pepper Piperade, and Sauce Verte - ADDED: Short Rib Beef Bourguignon — Smoked Bacon, Potatoes, and Red Wine Jus
Also, under Wine, Moet & Chandon Cuvee Dom Perignon Brut, Epernay changed from $380 to $590.

Liberty Square Market
Gummy Bears and Apple Slices have been removed from the Snacks menu.
Also, Honest Tea Berry Hibiscus, Minute Maid Cranberry-Apple Raspberry Juice, and Minute Maid Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice have been removed from Beverages. However, Gold Peak Sweet Tea for $4.99 has been added.

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
The buffet has changed at Akershus:
- REMOVED: Field Greens Salad with Lingonberry Vinaigrette, Lefse with Cardamom-Cinnamon Butter, Green Beans, Red Cabbage, Kylling og Melboller: Norwegian Chicken and Dumplings, and Corn Dog Nuggets
- ADDED: Bread, Cheeses, and Salad
- ADDED: Gulrøtter og Grønne Bønner: Carrots with Green Beans
- ADDED: Kål: Green Cabbage
- ADDED: Kylling: Chicken with Apple and Fennel Preserves

- New York Strip Steak, USDA Prime description changed from “Savory Bread Pudding, Garlic-Peppercorn Butter, Arugula, Caramelized Onions” to “Herbed Gruyère Fingerling Potatoes, Au Poivre Sauce, Crispy Onions”
- Le Cellier Signature Poutine description changed from “Fresh-cut French Fries, Canadian Cheddar Cheese Curds, Truffle, Red Wine Reduction” to “Fresh-cut French Fries, Canadian Cheddar Cheese Curds, Truffle, Bordelaise Sauce”

We’ve got some beverages changing at Choza de Margarita:
- Top Shelf Clásica description changed from “Centinela reposado tequila, Combier orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, agave, black ant salt rim” to “Centinela reposado tequila, Alma Finca orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, agave, black ant salt rim”
- El Diablo description changed from “Ambhar blanco tequila, ilegal mezcal, fresh lime juice, agave, cucumber-jalapeño juice, hibiscus salt rim” to “Lalo blanco tequila, Dos Hombres mezcal, fresh lime juice, agave, cucumber-jalapeño juice, hibiscus salt rim”

- ADDED: Hercules Lágermaiz — Mexican craft beer made with corn for $12
There have been some food changes, too:
- ADDED: Guacamole — topped with Mango and Pumpkin Seeds and served with Tortilla Chips for $11
- ADDED: Elote — Sweet Corn on the Cob smothered with Chipotle Aioli, Queso Cotija, and Tajin Chile-Lime Powder for $8

At Pizzafari, the Cheese Garlic Bread (3 pieces) changed from $2.99 to $6.99.
Garlic Bread changed from $2.49 to $6.49.

Under Entrees, the Sustainable Fish description changed from “Pan-seared Sustainable Fish, Yassa-style Onions, Green Slap Chip Potatoes, Tomato Butter, Mustard Caviar” to “Garden Greens Silk, Mushroom Ragu, Tomato Confit, Lemon Oil.
Here’s how Enhancements changed:

Warm-ups (aka Appetizers) and Salads have changed: Fried Green Beans, Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, and Bases Loaded Tender Melt were removed from the menu.
Handhelds also changed:
- REMOVED: Spiced Tuna, Rix Mac & Cheese Burger, The Cuban, Fresh Catch Fish Sandwich, and Fresh Catch Platter
- ADDED: Rix Half-Time Burger — A culinary masterpiece that changes monthly and served with Waffle Fries for $23 (add plant-based patty for $3)
- ADDED: Aloha Island Poke — Sushi-grade tuna tossed in a sesame-infused Asian dressing on top of warm sushi rice and topped with wakame salad, edamame, shredded carrots, cucumbers, avocado, pickled ginger, scallions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of spicy mayo for $25

The Seafood Pu Pu Platter has been removed from the lunch and dinner menu at Kona Cafe.
That’s the only change here.

- REMOVED: Vanilla Guinness Float, Pog and Schöfferhofer Grapefruit, Vinogato, and Black Girls Rock Vinogato
- ADDED: Vanilla Guinness Float (21+) — Vanilla gelato, Guinness Beer for $17
