Loungefly has built an entire empire out of nostalgia, but let’s be honest: most of that nostalgia can be geared toward Millennials and Gen Z.
Gen X has spent years waiting for a bag of their own. But every so often, Loungefly drops something that speaks directly to the generation that grew up on VHS tapes, Blockbuster Fridays, and Disney Channel Original Movies. And when they do, Gen X shows up to Disney World wearing it.
There is a LOT happening in Disney’s Hollywood Studios right now. So Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets finally opened in May, and we’re still LOVING the new attraction. Monstropolis is currently being built where Muppets Courtyard used to be and will have a phased opening starting in 2027.
But a lot just changed TODAY in Hollywood Studios, too, so we’re going to give a full rundown of all the changes so you don’t miss anything.

We love crazy fancy meals that completely blow our minds, but we are also simple people who love plastic cheese, gas station food, and anything Mickey-shaped, no matter what it is. What can we say? We’re Disney Food Blog, but that includes ALL food.
We’re heading to El Mercado de Coronado at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort to try two new grilled cheese sandwiches to see if it’s worth a visit during your trip.
It’s been a… tumultuous few years for fans of Southwest, as the well-known airline has put a fair share of controversial changes into effect.
However, a recent announcement from the airline brings major good news for frequent Southwest flyers: NEW Lounges are coming!
Halloween may have been in full swing at Disney World since early August, but plenty of other retailers and stores are just gearing up for spooky season — including Starbucks.
And, yes, we know that the Pumpkin Spice Latte has already debuted this year — along with some delicious banana bread treats — but we’re talking about even spookier surprises. Starbucks just announced two limited-time treats coming to stores in October, and we think you’re going to love them!
A lot of work is happening at Universal Orlando right now. From work on a brand-new roller coaster to the complete reimagining of The Lost Continent in Islands of Adventure, construction walls are up everywhere.
Thanks to Bioreconstruct on X, we got an inside look at some of the projects going on, and it’s giving us a better idea of how the project is coming along. Ready to check out a very construction-heavy, dirt-filled Universal?
Over the last decade, Walt Disney World apps have become an integral part of the Disney theme park experience, with everything from tickets and hotel entry to shopping, dining, Lightning Lanes, showtimes, and Mobile Order to merchandise checkout, dining reservations, and walk-up waitlists all running through the app. However, as is prone to happen with technology, things are evolving.
In fact, we’re just days from a MASSIVE Disney app change that would have felt unimaginable back in 2019. The Play Disney Parks app will be retired on September 16th! Beginning on that date, users will no longer be able to log in, and the app will be removed from both the Apple and Google Play app stores.
Celebrities, they’re just like us! Even stars can’t get enough of the Most Magical Place on Earth… and can you really blame them?
We’ve spotted a ton of celebrities at Disney World and Disneyland, and every once in a while, they’ll share a bit about their trips themselves. Of course, it’s even funnier when the celebrity happens to be in a Disney movie — and even better when they’re featured in an actual Disney ride. A Star Wars baddie recently shared his experience riding Rise of the Resistance at Hollywood Studios, and we would have loved to see this happen in person!
