Well, it’s official, a classic Disney World attraction has closed to get a revamp.

The Country Bears held their last jamboree until they come back with a brand new act this summer, and things are already changing in Magic Kingdom now that the attraction has temporarily closed. So let’s take a look at how the attraction’s closure has affected Magic Kingdom.

Hey, don’t come at us! It’s true! At one point, Hollywood Studios didn’t have a LOT going on, not like it has now. But thanks to the addition of Toy Story Land and later, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Hollywood Studios has become one of the most popular Disney World parks. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, in particular, has made the park stand out, but despite that, Hollywood Studios is still missing something HUGE.

Country Bear Jamboree
Not only is Tiana’s Bayou Adventure under construction (and we keep looking for more updates on that ride every day), but another attraction is closing to get a brand new update. That attraction is Country Bear Jamboree, which is closing TOMORROW, January 27th. Now, we know you might not ever think an attraction like this would bring crowds to Magic Kingdom, but on its last day, well, Country Bear Jamboree was pretty popular!
Disney has a LOT of plans for movies over the next few years, although some releases ended up getting delayed due to the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.

But we have a LOT to look forward to in 2024, including Inside Out 2, and Mufasa: The Lion King. However, one of the most anticipated Disney movies of the year is a Marvel film, Deadpool 3. Well, that movie was also delayed due to the strikes, but it WILL come out this year and we now have confirmation that the production has finished filming.

We’re not just referring to the recent snowfall that has blanketed the park and made it look even more beautiful. We’re talking about the reopening of the Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris, which has been closed for refurbishment for a few years. Well, now, the newly updated hotel has officially reopened!

Well, Disney decided to get in on the trading card game business and partnered with Ravensburger for the new game Lorcana, a collectible trading card game that features characters throughout Disney’s movie history. If you know anything about EPCOT than you know it’s all about festivals. And Disney has made a BIG change to one of it’s festivals this year.

That festival is the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, which brings SO much to Disney World, including gorgeous topiaries, a lot of AMAZING food, and the Garden Rocks concert series. However, this year, you’re going to have a lot less time to enjoy this festival because it’s going to end 36 days earlier than it did last year, which could basically upend your Disney World plans.
