But ever since the discontinuation of the Annual Pass program was announced, we’ve wondered what will replace it. Recently, we got a peek at some of the factors being considered for this new membership program. But, now we’ve got LOTS more information about what a future of Disneyland membership pass could look like.

We got some BIG news from Disneyland last week with the cancellation of its Annual Passholder program.

If you are a current Disneyland Annual Passholder, there are still some perks you can take advantage of though, specifically discounts on shopping and food purchases in Downtown Disney and Buena Vista Street. And today we found another small AP perk — a FREE magnet.
The theme parks at Disneyland Resort have been closed since March of 2020. Some analysts previously predicted that Disneyland’s theme parks wouldn’t reopen until the summer of this year.

But, with the stay-at-home order still in place in Southern California (where Disneyland is located), when exactly Disneyland’s theme parks will be able to reopen is unclear. Due to continued uncertainty and expected restrictions for reopening Disneyland, Disney recently announced that they will be sunsetting their current Annual Passport program. Some Annual Passport holders are set to receive refunds due to this cancellation, but how much of a refund will they get and who is eligible? The information Disney has shared is VERY complicated. So, we’re breaking it down here for you!
Disneyland Resort is currently serving as Orange County, California’s first mass vaccination site.
The property is one of five Super Point-of-Dispensing sites in California. While the theme park is mostly closed, Disney has opened the Toy Story parking lot to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine. Medical tents have been installed and the site has opened for vaccine administration.
Yesterday, it was announced that Disneyland would become Orange County’s first mass vaccination site.
Disneyland will serve as one of five large-scale vaccination sites within the county. Not many specific details were shared during yesterday’s announcement, and we now have a few more updates!
