Who says Disney World has to be just for the humans?
While the parks are for humans only (other than service animals), many locations around Disney World property are actually pet-friendly! If you can’t bear the idea of leaving your furry best friend at home, you can always bring them with you on your next Disney trip. We’re big fans of pets at DFB (we often have a “furry friend Friday” with the team!), so we wanted to share our guide to bringing your non-human family members to Disney World.
It’s almost time for the BIGGEST game of the year, the Super Bowl, and you’ve lined up your Disney World vacation in the same week… whoops!

Super Bowl treats at Disney World
We like to tell you about our favorite Disney World hotels to stay in, things to do while in Disney, and places to eat, but where do you go when you need a place to hop back into reality for a few hours to keep from missing the most important game of the season. Well, we’re glad you asked! [Read more…]
We love stopping by Disney Springs to check out the latest and greatest happenings.
Whether you’re looking for something to eat, a bit of shopping, or even some entertainment, chances are you can find it at Disney Springs. It can also be a great option for when you’re trying to break up those park days. But, if you’re not already planning on heading to Disney Springs tomorrow, well, we think you should!
Doesn’t it feel like sometimes you’re seeing something at Disney World for the very first time?
We’re not really talking about new attractions, restaurants, or experiences that have just popped up. No, we’re talking about those things that might as well have been Hidden Mickey’s for all the times we’ve passed them like they were hiding in plain sight. Well, we were today years old when we found out that there are some special Disney World guests who have their own private bus stop and we’d never noticed it!
Your March 2024 Disney World trip is almost here!

Disney World
Have you booked your hotel and flights? Made those Park Pass Reservations (which pretty much only applies to Annual Passholders now!)? Picked out which restaurants you want to eat at? Don’t forget to make your dining reservations 60 days before your trip! You’ll also want to be sure to check out the park hours for your trip — let’s have a look!
These days, Minnie ears are such a common Disney World souvenir that you can probably spot at least one pair of ears in a group of ten people. They’ve become a theme park staple — your wardrobe isn’t complete without at least one pair of ears, right?

Minnie Ears
Whether you have a collection of 17+ ears or you’re just getting started, one thing’s for sure: Minnie ears aren’t going anywhere. In fact, Disney just shared some interesting clues about some upcoming product releases, and we’ve already got an entire LIST of predictions. Let’s take a look!
EPCOT festivals are a way of life for us at DFB.
We live for the next festival. When one is done, we’re prepping for the next. We try every single booth at all four festivals and check out all the entertainment and merchandise. If there’s an EPCOT festival logo on it, we’re checking it out.
Possibly our favorite EPCOT festival is the Food and Wine Festival. This fall festival is loaded with fun! As we wait for the dates of the 2024 Food and Wine Festival to be released, we’re starting to wonder if it might be starting a little later this year.
Every Disney World hotel has its own pros and cons — even the Deluxe Resorts. Sure, Disney’s Grand Floridan Resort is stunning, but it’s also preeeeety expensive. And yes, Disney’s BoardWalk Hotel is conveniently steps away from the EPCOT park entrance, but right now, it’s also under construction.

Disney’s Boardwalk Inn
If you’re planning a trip to Disney World, booking the right hotel can play a BIG part in your vacation. Does your hotel have the amenities you need to easily get to and from the parks? Is your hotel quiet enough to get a peaceful sleep? Does the cost fit in your budget? Here’s something else to consider: do you mind staying at a hotel that’s under refurbishment?
Every year, there are new experiences that become available in Disney World.
Last year alone, TRON Lightcycle /Run opened, Disney celebrated their 100th Anniversary for the whole year, Splash Mountain permanently closed to make way for a new attraction, and those are just to name a few. And while there are tons of exciting things coming for 2024, we’re wondering if it will be enough.
