With the end of the 50th Anniversary celebration at Disney World, several experiences are also leaving us, including Harmonious — the nighttime spectacular that has been shown each night for the past 18 months.

Today, April 2nd, will mark the LAST showing of Harmonious, and of course, it’s very bittersweet. We’re sad to see it go but excited that EPCOT Forever will temporarily return beginning April 3rd.

Disney Enchantment debuted back in October 2021 to celebrate Disney World’s 50th anniversary. This show added projections along Main Street, U.S.A. and in the middle of its run, Disney added a section honoring Walt and Roy Disney. But now that the 50th anniversary celebrations have ended in Disney World, Disney Enchantment is going away!

That’s because the 50th Anniversary Celebration has ended, meaning that a lot of things have gone away. That includes some entertainment, some decor, some merchandise, and even some food. However, that’s not the only thing that’s changed with Disney World food this week.
Disney World is constantly coming up with some rather unique snacks for holidays and special events.

How could we ever forget that 50th anniversary drink with an actual octopus tentacle in it? But we’re going to forget about that and think about unique Easter treats — like the Donald Duck Chocolate Easter Egg or the bunny butt treats! But now Disney World’s Dole Whip nachos just got an interesting Easter twist.
Well, it’s official. One of Magic Kingdom’s most POPULAR fireworks shows, Happily Ever After, is back!

Now, we’ve already shown you a video of the updated version of the show, complete with projections on Main Street, U.S.A., and how it interacts with MagicBand+. The 50th Anniversary has been going on for a while and it brought two new fireworks shows with it — Disney Enchantment (Magic Kingdom) and Harmonious (EPCOT). The 50th Anniversary ended on March 31st, though, and a number of things have disappeared because of the celebration’s end. On April 2nd, both Enchantment and Harmonious will have their LAST performances. But the skies won’t be dark for long!

The 50th Anniversary Celebration has officially ended, which means we’re already starting to see a LOT of things getting updated in the parks. We’ve already mourned the loss of some 50th anniversary snacks, but we have celebrated the return of some classic treats. But TOMORROW will bring HUGE changes to nighttime entertainment, and well, things could get a little WILD.
