From the festive decorations and merchandise to all the exclusive holiday snacks, there is a LOT happening around the parks right now. It can be hard to keep up with it all, but we’ve got you covered — it’s time for a look at what’s new at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
What was the biggest new addition to Disney World in 2022? Arguably, it was Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind!

The brand-new ride took EPCOT by storm when it opened back in May, and since, guests have been eager to snag a boarding group and launch into space with Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket, Groot, and Drax. In honor of the ride’s initial opening, the nearby Joffrey’s stand offered a special beverage — now that drink has been changed for the holiday season and we’re trying it out!
Intergalactic cuisines, morphing snacks, and restaurants where you feel like you deserve an apology when it’s all said and done — eating at Disney World might not be as straightforward as you think.

Now that it’s the holiday season, the Jingle Cruise is back! We, and many others, love this ride for many reasons — the puns, the skippers, and the backstory just to name a few. However, there’s another new addition to the ride that you WILL NOT want to miss!
We’ve got some great news for Disney golf fans!
Disney’s Palm & Magnolia Golf Course
Earlier this year, Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course closed for a lengthy refurbishment. Then in June, Disney revealed what the new golf course would look like when it was done. We didn’t know when that would be, but now Disney has announced when the golf course will be reopening!
The holiday season means MANY things in Disney World.
Christmastime is HERE
There are lots of new snacks to try around the parks, or you can go to EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays and try the food booths! We’ve already got our Best of the Fest up to help guide your snack decisions. Did you know you can see some characters in their holiday attire as well? Be on the lookout, because we spotted Winnie the Pooh looking absolutely adorable!
We just got a MAJOR UPDATE about a NEW perk coming to Disney World hotel rooms!

Disney previously announced that new “Hey, Disney!” Alexa devices would be installed in Disney World and Disneyland hotel rooms in 2022. With the year’s end rapidly approaching, we were beginning to doubt the timeline for this project, but now there’s finally some progress happening.
