Okay, okay, we can’t believe we’re saying this either: we’re over halfway through 2025. Eek!
We know 2026 is really upon us because new yearly merchandise is starting to pop up at Disney World. We have officially spotted the first 2026 souvenirs.
The Cars are coming.
This past summer, Disney shocked the theme park world when they announced that a Cars-themed expansion was coming to the Magic Kingdom’s Frontierland, controversially replacing the Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island. According to Disney, the area will blend into Frontierland by tying “into the themes of exploration and adventure that inspire so many of us to keep propelling forward.” Get ready for Piston Peak National Park!
We always love hearing from our readers! We often ask questions about all things Disney on our social media channels, and we love spending time getting to read through your responses. Our readers have some of the best insights and opinions, and we appreciate everyone who takes the time to engage with us.
We recently posted a question about Lightning Lane Multi Pass and asked our readers what they would like to see changed with this service. You all came through and gave us some great insight into what Disney fans would love to see changed with Lightning Lane Multi Pass. Let’s take a look at what you all said!
Well, it’s a small world after all!
A new change is coming to “it’s a small world,” and now the attraction will feel even more special with every ride!
Being a Disney World Annual Passholder comes with a WHOLE LOT of perks.
Not only do you get access to the parks pretty much whenever you want (depending on the type of pass you have!), but you also get special discounts, merchandise, and more. And, every once in a while, Disney celebrates Passholders with a MAJOR event and extra perks — but a major perk is ending soon.

On June 4th, EPCOT opened its adults-only Spaceship Earth-themed lounge, and we’ve been several times, trying everything on the menu. It comes at a cost, but the quality, atmosphere, and overall experience make this a must-do. If that wasn’t enough, the lounge also has souvenirs you can purchase that are selling out faster than a Lightning Lane for Slinky Dog Dash!
Well, it’s officially the end of an era at Magic Kingdom. Tom Sawyer Island and the Liberty Square Riverboat are both now closed to park visitors.
It’s been a long journey, but it seems like Disney has been quick to update the My Disney Experience app and beyond — because new maps have popped up in the park and on the app overnight.
We’re in the middle of summer in Disney World and a lot is going on, and we’re not even talking about the new lands and expansions Disney is building in the parks.
Nope, we’re talking about some other big news that dropped this week, including a BIG EPCOT Food and Wine Festival update, as well as two ride updates, include a ride that will be reopening with a brand new theme SOON. So let’s take a look at this massive news you may have missed.
So we visit Disney World restaurants and dining spots A LOT. That’s basically our job, after all! That means we often get a good handle on food trends.
For example, last year, we recently noticed that flavored Croissants were EVERYWHERE, and we had several different versions of a Cookie Dough croissant during that time. Recently, the first of the Dubai Chocolate trend arrived in Disney Springs, and we bet it will be everywhere soon. When it comes to beverages, though, we just recently noticed an adorable new trend: tiny toy animals in drinks. Okay, so this is a craze we can get behind.
If you’re planning a trip to Disney World, you’ve probably already looked at the long list of prohibited items in the parks.
This comes in handy when you start packing for your trip, as well as when you start putting together your day bag of park essentials. You’re probably aware you can’t bring in things like weapons, drones, selfie sticks, and things like that. But there are some things that you absolutely can bring into the park that you might think go against the rules, so let’s talk about that.
