Check Out Two NEW (But Nostalgic!) Treats at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom…
We’re always on the look out for new sweet treats in the Walt Disney World parks — and this time, we’ve found two tasty winners in the Magic Kingdom! The best part is, if you’re a long-time Disney fan or Disney WORLD fan, these might even pull at your heartstrings a little bit!
First up, Pinocchio Village Haus is putting the sweet in sweet treat with Italian Cream Cake.

News: Limited Time HOLIDAY EATS at Counter Service Spots in Disney World
HAPPY HOLIDAYS from Walt Disney World! The season is in full swing with Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, and the Flurry of Fun at Hollywood Studios.
Each of these events are known for offering extras treats and goodies… but guess what?!? Counter Service locations all over Disney World are getting in on the extra food fun!! Check out these brand new offerings, which we found on Mobile Order via the My Disney Experience app!
In fact, ALL of these particular seasonal offerings can be found via Mobile Order, so if you’re not familiar with how it works, you’ll want to read all about Mobile Order here!!

The Magic Kingdom was bedecked in her absolute finest, Cinderella Castle was positively glowing, and there was more than enough merriment to go around!

News: 2017 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Eats!
TOMORROW is the very first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for the 2017 Holiday Season at Magic Kingdom!
Packed with special entertainment, festive character greetings, the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, the Holiday Wishes Fireworks Spectacular, access to Magic Kingdom attractions, and all sorts of yuletide treats and cheer, this extra ticketed event runs on select nights through December 22, 2017. News: Mobile Order Comes to Epcot Starting with Electric Umbrella
Mobile Order has arrived at Epcot!
Mobile Order is the still relatively new process that allows guests – via the My Disney Experience app – to pre-order and pre-pay for meals at select Counter Service locations around Disney World. This enables guests to bypass the ordering queue at their selected restaurant and go straight to pick up their food upon arrival! (You can learn about how the entire process works from start to finish here)
Animal Kingdom was the first park to utilize Mobile Order, and it is currently offered in four locations: Flame Tree Barbecue, Pizzafari, Restaurantosaurus, and Satu’li Canteen.
Next up was Magic Kingdom, where Columbia Harbour House, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café, Pinocchio Village Haus, and Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant now all offer Mobile Order.
One location so far in Disney Springs offers the service: D-Luxe Burger.
And as of today, Epcot is now represented, too, as Future World’s Electric Umbrella is the latest location added for Mobile Order. [Read more…]
News: Mobile Order On the Way to Five Magic Kingdom Counter Service Restaurants
If you’ve been following along on any of our trips to Pandora — The World of AVATAR, the newest land in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, then you are already familiar with the new Satu’li Canteen.
Along with an entirely new array of eats for Animal Kingdom guests, something else made its debut at Satu’li Canteen: the Mobile Order process, available via the My Disney Experience app(you can visit our Mobile Order Page here). Mobile Order enables guests to pre-order and pre-pay for their food at specific Counter Service locations, allowing them to bypass the ordering lines in the restaurant and pick up their food directly from a designated counter.
And now, Mobile Order is on its way to select Magic Kingdom restaurants! According to wdwmagic.com, five Magic Kingdom Counter Service locations will begin to utilize Mobile Order this summer. Look for Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, Pinocchio Village Haus, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe, and Columbia Harbour House to pop up on the list of locations you will be able to select soon. What’s New Around Walt Disney World: February 28, 2017
Whew!
It sure has been a news-y few weeks for Disney World! From the debut of the long-awaited Rivers of Light show in Animal Kingdom, to the announcement of a brand new fireworks spectacular on the way to Magic Kingdom, to the return of another annual Festival at Epcot: the 2017 Flower and Garden Festival.

News: One-Day Disney Dining Plan to Begin Testing in the Magic Kingdom
If you’re planning a visit to the Magic Kingdom from January 12 through February 22, 2017, you may be very interested to find out about a single-day Dining Plan that will enter a test phase in the park during those dates!
According to wdwmagic.com, Disney Dine-on-the-Go will be available for purchase throughout the test phase. Guests may purchase the plan at Magic Kingdom Vacation Planning Booths. While cost information is currently unavailable, it is anticipated that pricing will include both adult and child options.
