A NEW restaurant is opening in Disney World in just a few short days! Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina is coming to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort on July 26th, 2025.

Bourbon Steak will offer a reimagined modern take on the quintessential American steakhouse. We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at this new restaurant before it officially opens to the public, and we’re bringing you our FULL thoughts!

Visiting Disney during the holiday season can be one of the most cherished times of the year. Alright, that may be a slight exaggeration, but when I say that these hotels aren’t anywhere near the top of my list (and probably not at the top of many people’s lists!), that’s quite true. All-Star Movies, All-Star Music, and All-Star Sports may be the cheapest of the Disney World resorts, but sometimes that means dealing with some super cringey things when you stay there!
