The Disney Dream
Depending on where you are in the cruise planning process, you might already know that most of the food on the ship is included in the price of your stay, which means you get to eat a LOT. There are three different restaurants that rotate during your stay, and there are also specialty restaurants you can book at an extra cost. We were recently invited to cruise onboard the Disney Dream, and we’ve got a restaurant review just for you!
If you’re looking for a rich meal filled with French and Italian-inspired cuisine, look no further than Topolino’s Terrace in Disney World.

Located on the rooftop of Disney’s Riviera Resort, this restaurant features decadent seafood, meats, handmade pasta, and more, and you can enjoy sweeping views along with your incredible meal. And for a limited time, Disney is adding new seasonal dishes to the menu!

Since the parks reopened after the 2020 closures, the COVID-19 protocol has made getting close to ANY Disney characters all but impossible (unless you love Star Wars and have deep pockets!) Today we’ve been DELIGHTED to see the return of hugs, autographs, & personal connections with the characters. Now, we’re hitting another HUGE milestone on the road back to “normal,” because traditional character dining is BACK!

That meat looks INCREDIBLE
Nowhere is this sentiment made more obvious than Yelp. While certain Disney World restaurants have their detractors, others are BELOVED, including the top-rated Table Service spots in Animal Kingdom! But, instead of sharing reviews for Animal Kingdom, most have ranked Animal Kingdom Lodge spots instead.

Star Wars Hotel
We’ve experienced our first day onboard the Galactic Starcruiser, AKA Disney World’s new Star Wars hotel. We’ve gotten some training on the Halcyon’s defense systems, spent some time exploring this new “ship,” and maybe even saved a Wookiee! Now it’s time to head into the Crown of Corellia Dining Room for our first dinner onboard the ship! We’ve heard a little bit about the food at the Star Wars hotel already, so we’re eager to see if the dishes really live up to our expectations.
