It’s finally happening, people!!! After a long, looooong wait, Roundup Rodeo BBQ will be opening in Disney World soon!

This new Hollywood Studios table service restaurant has been keeping us on our toes for quite some time. It was originally set to open in 2020, but the pandemic delayed that. Then, Disney announced we’d get to eat here in 2022, and that changed too. But now we have an official opening date for Roundup Rodeo BBQ!
Among all the amazing restaurants and eateries in Disney Springs, The Polite Pig can be a particularly popular spot.

With lots of BBQ-based fixin’s, Chef’s Specials to keep you coming back for more, and TONS of drinks to pick from — you’re sure to be satisfied. But fans of one particular seasonal dish from The Polite Pig will be THRILLED to hear that their beloved snack is back.

Roundup Rodeo BBQ is opening up in Disney’s Hollywood Studios this year, and although we don’t have an official opening date yet — we can’t wait to check it out! We’ve been keeping up with the construction progress at this new table service spot, and now it’s time to take another look!

This spot serves up gourmet hot dogs and sausages along with other American classics, including hot and fresh funnel cakes. You’ll often find specialty dogs on the menu, and seasonal offerings depending on what time of year you visit. We just so happened to notice a few new items on the menu, so of course we had to check them out!
