We love how Disney World has a lot of fun with its snacks.
We’ve eaten things with Mr. Toad’s face on them, Cheeto-dusted burgers, cupcakes with spiders on them, and donuts with candy corn. But we just tried a snack that is a TOTAL mood, y’all.
food IS a theme park

Dole Whips, popcorn, Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bars…Disney World is full of iconic snacks!
We’ve shared a whole bunch of lists about the best snacks in Disney World, and we’ve even got some DFB snack merchandise. But, now we’ve found another EPIC item for true Disney World foodies that can help them show their love of 2 delicious Disney World treats.
You don’t need us to tell ya that Disney World has some hardcore fans.
And those fans tend to have an unspoken list of classic rides, top eats, and popular opinions that are generally undisputed. That’s just how it goes! But what if you DON’T agree? Well, we may be right there with you! Here are 10 things Disney fans are too afraid to say…but a lot of ‘em may be thinking it. 😉
Since Disney World’s 50th Anniversary started last weekend, there’s a lot of new things around the parks.
We spotted lots of merchandise, TONS of new snacks and treats, and a few new shows around Disney World. Today we’re looking at Disney’s Animal Kingdom to check out what’s new in this park since the 50th arrived. [Read more…]
Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration has FINALLY arrived, and it’s starting out with a bang! Disney has truly outdone themselves by launching 150 NEW treats across the parks and resorts. These treats are inspired by Walt Disney’s favorite dishes, as well as classic Disney treats, characters, and more!
We’ve been all over the resort already, trying items like the Mr. Toad Burger, Scar Cupcake, and Stump Mini Cake. Now, it’s time to head to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to try a special twist on a truly iconic Disney World snack.
If you’ve been following along with us today, you know that Disney World’s 50th anniversary is officially underway and there’s a WHOLE LOT of food to try as part of the festivities!
There are actually OVER 150 new treats coming to Disney World to celebrate the big anniversary, including a twist on a classic Mickey ice cream bar, a sundae with a WHOLE Mickey pretzel on top, and Haunted Mansion-themed treats. Today we made our way to try one new snack that features a twist on one of the most iconic Disney snacks ever: the Dole Whip!
We’ve had watermelon Dole Whip in a variety of ways in Disney World.
We’ve tried the Minnie Dole Whip Watermelon Cup, we snagged a cup of watermelon Dole Whip on its own, and we even got it in the form of a parfait earlier this year. Unfortunately, our experiences with watermelon Dole Whip in its many forms have been…less than great. We’ve felt like the flavoring has either been too artificial or hasn’t even tasted like watermelon at all (talk about an identity crisis!). So, when we heard that watermelon Dole Whip was available in the form of a martini at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, we just HAD to give it a try to see if anything could save this snack!
Disney World is FILLED with iconic snacks as beloved as the characters and the rides!
If you’ve been ’round these parts long, you’ve likely heard of Mickey Pretzels, Cheshire Cat Tails, and Dole Whip, but there’s a whole world of lesser-known snacks waiting to be discovered!
We know planning for a Disney World vacation can raise a LOT of questions!
Do you ever hear people saying things like “Disney Dining Plan” or “Disney Vacation Club” and think “huh?” Or do you have planning questions you’re too afraid to bring up to your Disney-fanatic friends? It’s totally okay to not be an expert, that’s what we’re here for! We’re answering ALL of the questions you’re too afraid to ask!
Hello, DFB Readers!
What a week we’ve had at Disney World! We’ve been trying to make sense of Disney Genie (and we hope we’ve helped you make sense of it, too). We’ve been checking out all the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival booths that have opened early. We’ve been to some restaurant reopenings, too! But we’ve also been to the resorts to see what’s new!
