Whew — today has been a BIG day for Disneyland Resort!
This gate will soon be open again!
Not only did we get a reopening date of April 30th for the resort, but we also know when the Grand Californian Resort and Spa will reopen and we know details about reservations being required for theme park access, what won’t be available at the theme parks (at least temporarily), and how the parks will only be open for California residents.
Your go-to Disney World outfit might include comfy shoes a Disney-themed shirt, a pair of ears, and some shorts. But, for other guests, a Disney outfit involves SO much more.

We’ve seen some pretty awesome Disney looks, especially during things like Dapper Day. But, today we spotted some of the most AWESOME guest outfits in Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Let’s just say this group knew that adventure is out there.
Disney World is currently promoting many new health and safety measures in its newly reopened parks. From face masks to temperature screenings and physical distancing, several elements are now mandatory for guests.

But other procedures, while strongly encouraged, are still considered optional. One of these enhancements is Mobile Order, a contactless way to pre-order and pre-pay for your food using the My Disney Experience app.
Now that face coverings have become a part of our everyday lives and local health officials have mandated them in both Orange County, Florida, and Anaheim, California, it’s more important than ever to get CRYSTAL CLEAR on what constitutes an acceptable face covering before visiting Walt Disney World and, eventually, Disneyland. We’ve done the research and learned that not all masks are created equal — nor are all face coverings acceptable.

We’d hate for your to go through the effort of traveling to Disney World and arriving at the park gates, hotel entrance, or Disney Springs only to find that the face covering you brought is not allowed. So we’re breaking down exactly what DOES NOT count as an acceptable face mask at Disney World right now.

But now it’s time to go for a quick dip (it IS summer, after all!). That why we’re slathering on our sunblock, slipping on our flip flops, and are heading over to our resort’s pool to check out the scene!
We were just about to leave Disney Springs this afternoon when something caught our eye!

And while it might not be as fancy as other modes of transportation such as the monorail or Disney’s Skyliner gondolas (which we’ve also seen out-and-about recently!) it gets the job of gettin’ around at Disney World just as well!
Now that Disney World is planning on reopening some of its hotels as early as next month while its theme parks will be opening later in July, we have SO MANY questions!
