Soon, Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island will close to make way for a new Cars expansion in Frontierland. Then a Disney Villains-themed land is coming to the park. There’s a brand new nighttime parade on the way. PLUS, a classic ride, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, is getting a massive refurbishment…speaking of which, we saw some very important testing happening at the ride recently — and we’re going to tell you why it matters.

Magic Kingdom is already getting ready for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and fans are getting excited!

Disney just announced the dates for the exclusive party not too long ago. They then followed that up with an announcement that prices will be increasing this year. Due to the price increasing, we wanted to help you find the best dates to go by informing you which dates to avoid. As you can see, there has been a lot of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party talk going on! We’ve got Halloween on the brain, and we’re not the only ones. ONE DAY after tickets went on sale to the general public, tickets are already sold out on an important day this fall.

Fans are flocking to this opening day Magic Kingdom original now that they know it’s about to sail away FOREVER.

The Rivers of America, and the riverboats that sail them, have been a part of Disney parks since the literal beginning, as the river and the Mark Twain Riverboat were part of Disneyland from the VERY beginning. The same was true of the Magic Kingdom at its opening, as the park debuted with its own version of the Rivers of America as well as its own riverboat.
