Disney just announced that reservations would be available starting February 21st, 2023 for Roundup Rodeo BBQ, which is set to open on March 23rd, 2023.
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is the newest table-service restaurant coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we can’t WAIT to check it out!
The menu is chock full of barbecued meats and sides, plus desserts and even some plant-based dishes too. Not only that, but we’ll also get to dine amongst some very familiar faces. It all kicks off with the restaurant’s opening on March 23rd, and now we know exactly when reservations will open!
