The cute little experiment has been crashing into movies, meals, kitchens, makeup palettes, and more! And now, just in time for Stitch’s special day (which is June 26th since he’s Experiment 626), we found another collection that celebrates the wild guy!

Today, we honor one of our favorite aliens, Experiment 626 — Stitch! June 26th (get it…626) marks the special “holiday” where we get to celebrate the little guy. We’ve seen fun items like kitchen accessories, plushes, and bags! A special treat also returned to Disney World for the occasion, but…it looks different this year.
Many Disney characters have made their marks, and continue to make an impact, on Disney’s parks.

Many Disney rides have closed over the years and been replaced by others — some rides you may have even completely forgotten about! The fan-favorite Disney alien, Stitch, used to have more than just cool (but sometimes creepy) merchandise in the parks (we’re looking at you Stitch Crashes Disney Collection). In fact, the history of Stitch in Disney World is pretty wild, and we’re here to give you all the details!
Everything is about to turn up STITCH! That’s right, 626 Day is coming, and we’ve celebrated in the past with some fun Stitch snacks.
Look, it’s Stitch!
This year, we already know about a fun screening of Lilo & Stitch hosted by D23 (where everyone gets a Dole Whip!!!) and we plan on hanging out with the blue alien as much as we can over in Tomorrowland where he meets guests. But if you can’t make it to the parks or the screening, there’s another way to celebrate Stitch — with NFTs.

June 26th, or 6/26 is Lilo and Stitch day! This year is extra special because the movie is celebrating its 20th Anniversary. (feel old yet?) We’ve seen some adorable Stitch collections celebrating the iconic little alien, including a board game, the final installment of the Stitch Crashes Disney series, and some seriously summery items! There’s another Stitch collection coming out for Lilo and Stitch day, so let’s check it out!
