But, while we’re up to our eyeballs in holly and jolly over in EPCOT, we’re taking a break from the festival to head over to one of our favorite spots at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort!
Disney World leaves very little room for Thanksgiving in the theme parks. The clock strikes midnight on October 31st and the parks are magically transformed into a winter wonderland.
They do squeeze in a few treats to satisfy lovers of fall, turkey, and mashed potatoes. Some restaurants do full out Thanksgiving meals. Others serve up treats inspired by the flavors of autumn! We found a soft, glittery cupcake that reminded us there’s still time for fall goodies.
Greetings Wilderness Explorers!
We’re back in Animal Kingdom today checking out any and alllll the new updates around the park! Animal Kingdom loves to sneak new snacks into one of the various dining locations, and we love finding them. So, check out everything that’s new in food, construction, and merchandise in the wildest Disney World park!
Hold onto your giblets!
We’ve just spotted another gobblety (gobble + novelty, get it?) waddling its way into Disney World! Check out the Thanksgiving Cupcake we just saw (and tasted!) at Animal Kingdom here!
Howdy, friends! It’s time for another roundup of What’s New in Epcot!
This is where we take you along with us on a quick trip to Disney World to see what new construction, food, and merch we can spot!
The Animal Kingdom is always a fun park to visit, and this week’s visit kept us busy with lots of new items including #Mickey90 ears, some fun Christmas gifts, new food, and construction updates.
We love how relaxed this scene makes us feel — before we dash around the park! Here’s everything we found this week.
Welcome to Disney World’s All Star Resorts! We’re visiting all three of these super fun and lively Value Resorts to see what’s new: All Star Sports, All Star Music, and All Star Movies!
And we’re starting off with a couple of offerings you’ll find at… well, ALL of the All Stars!
All Over the All Stars!
Keep your eyes peeled at the All Star merchandise shops for the All Star Ornament to remember your All Star stay while trimming the tree! [Read more…]
We’ve shown you Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios (along with Toy Story Land) all dressed up for the season, now it’s time to highlight the Animal Kingdom. Their Christmas decorations are always fun to see as they incorporate themes from the park attractions and regions represented in the park. Plus, while we were taking in all the decorations we found some new menu updates as well as some must-have merchandise!
Whether this is your first or 10th visit to Animal Kingdom during Christmas be sure to take some time to look at the ornaments on the tree at the entrance to the park. They are both representative of the park, and also feature some favorite Disney characters!
Just when we thought Disney’s Animal Kingdom might be going straight from Halloween to Christmas, they surprised us with a new cupcake perfect for the time in between the spooky season and the holiday season.
Introducing the new Thanksgiving Cupcake! What flavor is it, where can you get one, and can you use a snack credit? Let’s find out!
It’s officially the holiday season at the Walt Disney World Resort! Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is happening, the gingerbread display is up at the Contemporary Resort, and you can feel the holiday cheer in the air!
We’ve spotted some fun holiday food around the parks and we know more is on its way! Before you know it all the hotels will be decking their halls too.
