Expedition Everest

As you may know, the Yeti on Expedition Everest in Disney’s Animal Kingdom doesn’t work as originally intended. So instead, Disney just put a strobe light effect on it to make it look at least a little scary (hence its nickname, Disco Yeti).

But Disney just announced that the Yeti is coming back to life for even more thrills!

Tomorrowland

A massive update is coming to Disneyland’s Tomorrowland! According to Disney, the update to Tomorrowland will honor the original land’s history “while reimagining its future.”

But don’t worry, Disneyland is promising to keep what guests love most about Tomorrowland, “while also introducing new experiences and possibilities for the next generation of fans.”

A ride themed after Pixar’s Coco is currently being built at Disney California Adventure.

In the ride, Miguel will think back about the incredible journey he took in the film. You will enter the ride from a museum dedicated to the music of Miguel’s great-great-grandfather, Héctor Rivera. Then, you’ll get into a boat and travel through Miguel’s memories of his time in the land of the dead. We also learned that the ride will not have a height requirement, so EVERYONE can ride.
