The itty bitty city is still rife with crime and shenanigans, and of course we have to stop by every once in a while to see if everyone’s on their best behavior. So join me, the mayor of the city, for the latest progress report!
It’s not a secret that Disney World vacations have gotten rather pricey over the years.
Cinderella Castle
Every year, the total vacation cost seems to go up as services like Lightning Lane, hotel accommodations, and theme park tickets get more expensive. Will it ever get CHEAPER? Well, this year, Disney World has quite a few discounts available. But unfortunately, that might not be a good sign for the company.
I literally get paid to go to Disney World for my job, so it’s safe to say that I spend more time in theme parks than the average person.

I’m in the parks at least once a week, clocking tens of thousands of steps, eating theme park snacks, battling the Central Florida weather, and taking seemingly one million pictures and videos while doing all of the above. It’s an absolutely spectacular job that I wouldn’t trade for any other career…but sometimes those theme parks can be BRUTAL. And recently, one Central Florida park nearly took me out!
Festival season is about to kick off in EPCOT, and we’ve got some new rules for you!
2024 Food and Wine Festival
The International Food & Wine Festival starts in August, and once it wraps, the Festival of the Holidays kicks off shortly after. In 2026, the Festival of the Arts typically takes place in January and February, with the Flower & Garden Festival coming up in March. So basically, we’re looking at a steady stream of festivals until next summer. Here’s what you need to know before you plan your visit.
A NEW Disney LEGO set just dropped, and we’re already obsessed.

The water is disappearing!
The Liberty Square Riverboat and Tom Sawyer Island closed in July to make way for new Cars attractions coming to Frontierland, and we’ve been visiting frequently since to look out for any construction updates. And as of yesterday, we’ve started to see some of the water getting drained!
