NEW snacks are coming to Disney World!

We frequently see new snacks at the parks and hotels to celebrate different holidays and events, like all the treats coming to Magic Kingdom for the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The Fourth of July is coming up soon (can you believe that? 2024 is going by so fast!), which means even more seasonal snacks! Let’s check them all out.

Annual Passholders still need to make park pass reservations in order to visit the Disney World theme parks (with certain exceptions — I’ll detail those in just a second), and those park passes can and do RUN OUT occasionally. Disney needs to shut down rides and attractions occasionally in order to update and refurbish them to keep everything working well and looking nice. There are a couple of rides getting a major makeover right now, and a few other attractions and shows that are being revamped. Let’s take a look at all the closures that will impact Disney World from June 23rd through the 29th!

Suitcases at Disney World
If we’re flying to Disney World instead of driving, we try to just bring a carry-on bag rather than a suitcase that we’d need to check. That way, we don’t have to wait for our suitcases after disembarking the plane, and there’s no worrying about lost luggage. One of our favorite carry-on bags is this $34 backpack from Amazon!

Dark Universe portal photo op
Epic Universe is a brand-new theme park opening at Universal Orlando in 2025, and it will comprise five themed lands: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
Tons of fans are super excited about that last land, especially those who already love Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights event in the fall. Soon, there will be monsters at Universal Orlando all year round! And now, Universal has announced the RIDES that will be part of Dark Universe — check them all out!
