Cars Land vs Villains Land — Which Will Be the Most Popular in Disney World?

Big changes are coming to Magic Kingdom! Not one, but TWO new lands will make their way to this iconic theme park. While we still have a bit before these lands are open for guests, we are already getting excited about them.

Magic Kingdom will eventually be home to a new Cars land, called Piston Peak National Park, and a brand-new Villains Land. While Piston Peak National Park will be replacing the Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island, Villains Land will be built beyond Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Which will be the most popular at Disney World? We are giving our predictions!

EPCOT Will Look Totally Different In Just One Month

A popular Disney World attraction is about to reopen! We have been eagerly awaiting the reopening of this EPCOT ride, and now we know when we will be able to hit the track again.

Test Track officially has a reopening date, and we have already cleared our calendars for the occasion! It will still be closed for a few more weeks, though, so let’s take a look at its closure plus everything else that will be closed in Disney World this week.

On July 7th, three major Magic Kingdom experiences will close permanently: The Rivers of America, Tom Sawyer Island, and the Liberty Square Riverboat. Something NEW Has Popped Up at the Haunted Mansion in Magic Kingdom

There is no place better to go if you are looking to find 999 happy haunts. Grim grinning ghosts are out to socialize, and the Haunted Mansion attraction in Magic Kingdom just got an upgrade!

We’ve got an exciting update from the Wildest Ride in the Wilderness!

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is currently closed

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Magic Kingdom closed in January for a year-long refurbishment (at least). We’ve been keeping an eye on all the construction we can see — including the removal and replacement of the ride’s track and some testing — but we recently spotted something else we’re excited about!

After a Lengthy Closure, This Disney World Attraction Is About to Reopen

An underrated Disney World attraction is about to be done with its refurbishment! While this under-the-radar attraction never fully closed, we are excited that its refurbishment is about done. Winter Summerland Miniature Golf has been undergoing a refurbishment since April 28th, and it is about to be completed.

During the refurbishment, only one course was available at a time, so you couldn’t choose between the Summer or Winter course; you simply had to play the course that was open. But pretty soon, we will once again have choices when it comes to playing golf at Winter Summerland!

NEWS: Disney World Set To Replace Long-Abandoned Frontierland Building With Something NEW in Magic Kingdom

When you think of moseying through Frontierland in Magic Kingdom, going shopping probably isn’t the first thing that comes to your mind.

And we totally get why — there’s not a ton of shopping to do here! Instead, you may think about going to see Country Bear Musical Jamboree, riding Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, or find yourself pondering what the new Cars land, Piston Peak, will look like in the area. However, that might change soon, because as it turns out, there’s a NEW shop coming to Frontierland!
