Just barely a month ago, one of our fav snack spots in Disney World was roaring back to life and filling our hearts with grilled chicken and Simba Cupcakes!

Well, things are about to change for Harambe Market, as the counter-service Animal Kingdom restaurant is going weekends-only right after the holidays!
As the days go by and restaurants throughout Disney World continue to reopen, we’re still hoping for a return from one of our favorite dining spots in EPCOT!

Tokyo Dining has remained closed in World Showcase (aside from a limited few days in November), but with continued menu tweaks, we’re anxious that this MIGHT be a sign that a reopening is around the corner!
There’s quite a bit of construction happening in Disney World right now!

And that includes several projects in Magic Kingdom! From the completely drained Rivers of America to construction on the new TRON Lightcycle Run, things are moving right along ahead of the park’s 50th anniversary in 2021.

The EPCOT Festival of the Holidays is in full swing, and we’re keeping an eye on all the latest offerings!

The Waffles booth is one of the Holiday Kitchens guests can visit this year. We also saw this booth at the Food & Wine Festival, although the menu for Festival of the Holidays got a shake-up. And one of the menu items got a new holiday makeover that combines all our favorite festive flavors!
We love checking out all the fun international snacks at EPCOT’s World Showcase.
Japan Pavilion
And there tend to be some really great snacks at the Japan Pavilion. We’ve even found some really cool Kit Kat flavors there, including Ocean Salt and Strawberry!
EPCOT might be getting a little bit snazzier at night soon!
Spaceship Earth
Last month, Walt Disney Imagineers announced that EPCOT’s Spaceship Earth will be getting a new programmable lighting design. Now, we’ve learned a little more about the new lights — and work could be starting soon!
When you visit Disney World, you definitely want to take advantage of every second you’re there, and for some that means spending as much time as physically possible in the theme parks.

Well, if you’ve got a trip to Disney World, you’ll definitely want to pay close attention to the theme park hours that have been announced for the days you’ll be there. So far, Disney has shared park hours through March 6th, 2021, but even the hours that have already been announced can often change. Just today we saw that Disney has EXTENDED park hours for early January!
