Welcome back to Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
We’re takin’ a trip around the park to let you know everything that’s new in food, merch, and more. Let’s get started!
Walt Disney World’s Riviera Resort took our breath away when it opened back in 2019!
The hotel’s Mediterranean theming is stunning and we’ve definitely enjoyed the dining options available. And now you and your family can win a chance to stay there through Disney Vacation Club!
You can’t believe everything that you hear about Magic Kingdom!
Magic Kingdom was the first Walt Disney World park to open, making it an iconic focal point of the Resort. But over the course of its nearly 50-year history, some misconceptions about the park have popped up. Let’s take a look at — and debunk — some absolute lies about Magic Kingdom!
When it comes to ALL of the hotels at the Walt Disney World resort, the ones in the Magic Kingdom area (especially those on the monorail loop) are among the most famous and most beloved!
Families have been staying at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge for decades, and they’ve come to know and love them as-is.
Looking for a hotel near Disney World?
While on-property hotels offer plenty of perks, there are lots of advantages to staying off-property, too! And if you opt for off-property, you may want to look into the Flamingo Crossings Town Center area, where plenty of new options are popping up. In fact, a brand-new hotel is opening there SOON!

Planning a trip to Disney World this year?
Then you’ll need to buy some tickets. And you should know that the price of your ticket varies based on what day you’re visiting! As you might expect, weekends and holiday seasons tend to cost a bit more than your everyday park day. That’s something to keep in mind if you’re budgeting! We’re breaking down some of the most expensive days to visit Disney World for the rest of the year, so YOU can stay in the know.
We’ve been keeping a close eye on the construction over at Magic Kingdom!
With Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary quickly approaching, quite a few areas around property have been getting a little spiffying up. One of those is Main Street Confectionery! This spot is closed in March for a pretty lengthy refurb, and we’ve been watching the progress from afar. And today, we noticed a BIG change!
We’ve had some exciting Disney news for ya today!
For one, Bob Chapek spoke about the future of The Walt Disney Company at the J.P. Morgan Global Technology, Media, and Communications Conference. As park capacity increases and health and safety measures shift, the company’s continuing to look ahead. And today, Chapek took a look at how certain shifts in “guest experience” may stick around.
Ever since the parks reopened in July of 2020, Disney World has been operating at a limited capacity.
To help manage these limits, Disney implemented a reservation system for the parks. Since then, we’ve seen capacity slowly increase as the threat of COVID-19 diminishes, and now, it looks like we can expect more increases very soon.
Is there a place in Disney World that’s not going under construction right now? 😂 It feels like everywhere we turn, there’s either a refurbishment or an entire transformation happening around the parks and resorts.
Disney’s Contemporary Resort is already getting a few updates of its own right now as The Wave is closed for refurbishment, and the room refurbishment continues onward.
