Disney is already starting to celebrate its 100th Anniversary — a huge milestone — with a new Disney-themed plane, a huge celebration coming to Disneyland, and, of course, merchandise! It was previously announced that the Disney100 Platinum Collection would be released online soon, and now that time has finally arrived. It’s been a whirlwind few weeks for The Walt Disney Company since it was announced that Bob Iger had taken over as CEO once again.

It seemed like an easy choice for Disney to bring Iger back — after all, not many are as perfectly qualified for the role as he is. He originally served as CEO from 2005 to 2020, and his tenure is often remembered positively by both fans and experts. So it’s really no wonder that several industry experts recently named Iger the best CEO in media.
Even though we’re still counting down the days until Christmas, we know that 2023 is right around the corner!
