On October 4th, the eatery is transforming into a limited-time pop-up experience, complete with a brand-new menu, and you definitely don’t want to miss it!

We’re just about a week away from being able to book reservations at Disney World’s new hotel, Lakeshore Lodge, and that probably sits at the very top of the list for us.

Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge is set to open on July 1st, 2027, but we’re already getting tons of details from Disney about what to expect from the new hotel. We imagine many of you are as excited as we are to welcome The Alps back to the Food and Wine Festival at long last. You see, this returning booth is particularly beloved for its famous Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese. BUT there’s been a change to this fan-favorite dish this year… and that’s not the only thing in store.
