After the dissolution of FastPass+ many guests swore they would never use Genie+.
What if we told you there was one reason why you should splurge on the service?
April will not be your average month for Walt Disney World.
The parks are scheduled to see several premieres, including a new attraction and the return of a popular nighttime spectacular. These changes, plus other factors, mean April is sure to be a busy month! If you can’t handle tons of crowds, you may want to stay away.
A LOT is going on in Disneyland right now.
The 100th anniversary is getting ready to begin in the parks, bringing with it new decorations, new food, TWO new nighttime shows, and more. On top of that, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, a new attraction for Disneyland, opens soon. However, things are going to be pretty busy on March 8th, too — meaning you may want to SKIP going to Disneyland on that day.
Jambalaya? Check. Po’ Boys? Check. Beignets? Check, check, check!
When guests visit Disney’s Port Orleans — French Quarter Resort they know they’ll find an array of Creole and Cajun dishes, snacks, and drinks. Apart from these staples, sometimes the resort has specialty dishes depending on the time of year. With February being Black History Month, Celebrate Soulfully is coming back to Disney World as the parks and resorts share special offerings as part of the celebration.
2023 appears to be something of a year of closures at Disney World. On January 22nd Splash Mountain ferried its last guests, and we said goodbye to Magic Kingdom nighttime spectacular Disney Enchantment, which ended on April 2nd.Â
Not all of the closures are permanent, though. There are a fair amount of refurbishments happening across the resort as well. However, all of these changes aren’t limited to just attractions and shows.
Have you been to EPCOT lately? The park has been going through a period of transformation for a few years now, and it’s far from over!
Construction means new things to see and do which may sound like a good thing, but it can make spending time in the park trickier! While we don’t have an exact opening date yet, later this year, a new area in EPCOT will be opening and make the park super busy.
It may still be pretty chilly where you are, and for many of us, we haven’t gotten a nice sunny day in a while!
We’re about ready to skip the next month or so and head straight for spring! And luckily, it looks like Disney is too. While we may still be experiencing some cold days in Disney World, this Winnie the Pooh collection online is all about SPRING!
2023 is a momentous year for Disney. Not only will the 100th anniversary for the company kick off toward the end of January, they will be wrapping up the 50th anniversary celebrations at Disney World this spring. We also have a few other anniversaries to celebrate this year, PLUS attraction closures and openings.
If that wasn’t enough to keep up with there are of course all the other events that happen throughout the calendar year at the parks like festivals and holiday events!
While they might not be from an official booth, there was no way we were going to skip these iconic Disney festival items!
Joffrey’s is a Disney institute, and for many of us, this is our first stop on any long park day. And on a day like the opening of the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, coffee is basically a necessity. But you can get more than just coffee at Joffrey’s today. There are some unique drinks at different locations across EPCOT, and you can learn all about them here!
