I had the opportunity to be a part of the opening team for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and I am rounding up some of the qualifications for working at this popular EPCOT attraction.
It’s certainly no secret that Disney World has gone through some significant changes lately — and more updates are on the way.

Disney has confirmed that a Dinoland U.S.A. re-theme in Animal Kingdom and a Beyond Big Thunder Mountain in Magic Kingdom are currently in the works, though they’ve been keeping the specifics of those projects pretty quiet. A while back, Disney filed a patent that led us to believe a potential Moana ride was in the works, and now we have an update!
While EPCOT may be best known for its selection of food and drinks, it also boasts some pretty thrilling rides including Test Track and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

We have been fans of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind since it first opened, but today we are answering a question that we hear a lot about the ride!
We have been eagerly awaiting an official opening date for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and while we don’t have that for you YET, we do have some fun news from the Bayou!
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure has been under construction in Magic Kingdom since January 2023, and recently we have been spotting a lot of changes happening!
There are a lot of new things coming to the Magic Kingdom in Disney World. We are expecting the debut of Country Bear Musical Jamboree, as well as a new experience in Storybook Circus called “Smellephants on Parade.”
We are getting closer to opening day!
And of course, we can’t forget the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. We have been seeing lots of progress recently, including lots of construction walls coming down, and cast members riding the attraction! But what is really going on behind-the-scenes to get ready for the grand opening?
We don’t think walking through Pandora at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will ever get boring! The landscape is gorgeous, and the attention to detail is incredible.

In addition, this area has two super popular attractions: Na’vi River Journey and Avatar Flight of Passage. While we love both of these rides, there are also a few uncomfortable truths about riding Flight of Passage.
It’s a very busy season for the international Disney parks!

Last year, Hong Kong Disneyland got a brand-new Frozen-themed land, and in June 2024, Tokyo DisneySea is getting the highly-anticipated Fantasy Springs expansion. Shanghai Disney Resort got a new Zootopia land in 2023 as well, but now, the resort is getting even more additions!
EPCOT is one of our favorite Disney World parks to spend time in.
