A few restaurant closures are going on right now in Disney World that might affect your trip. Each one gives you a unique experience when they’re available, but sadly, you won’t be getting into any of these places this coming week.

Between President’s Day Weekend and the Disney Princess Half Marathon, many people took time to visit the parks…but things are changing. Several hotels are getting refurbishments or additions, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is under construction in Magic Kingdom, and we’ve got quite a few expansions to look forward to in the future. But not everyone is happy with the latest news!
If you’re visiting Magic Kingdom soon, you need to be prepared for the HOT MESS that is Frontierland right now!

Almost HALF of the attractions in this land are currently closed, and they won’t reopen for several more weeks at least. Let’s check out those closures and all the temporary refurbishments happening in Disney World from February 25th through March 2nd.

February has a holiday weekend that you may have forgotten about — President’s Day — when many kids are off school. On top of that, Disney World also hosts the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend which runs from February 22nd to 26th, 2024, and brings massive crowds of runners to the parks. So what does that mean for the wait times at your favorite rides? Well, buckle up because it’s NOT pretty… .

That’s why we recommend checking out the pools at your Disney World hotel to grab some actual relaxation time!

At both hotels, you have a few backup options so you don’t have to completely give up your chill pool time. Let’s check out those closures and all the temporary refurbishments happening in Disney World from February 18th through the 24th.
