It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
In case you had any doubt ;-D, Halloween is OVER, people! Which means — at Disney World, anyway — it’s time to take on the Holiday Season!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
In case you had any doubt ;-D, Halloween is OVER, people! Which means — at Disney World, anyway — it’s time to take on the Holiday Season!
Hooray for HOLLYWOOD! Hollywood Studios, that is!
We took a stroll around the park recently and were surprised with a ton of new fun finds, from big to small! And we’re starting at the brand newest of them all. Welcome to…
You already know that BaseLine Tap House made its debut at the very end of September.
It’s housed at the top of the brand new Grand Avenue area of the park, which is now open to all guests. [Read more…]

Hello, friends! Well, we’d be remiss if we didn’t start out this post by wishing THIS GUY a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
Mickey Mouse was presented to the world with the premiere of the animated short “Steamboat Willie” on November 18, 1928. And our favorite Mouse will be joining us all around the World today for our November edition of What’s New!
The Holiday Season is upon us! [Read more…]

Are you ready for another trip around the World? We’ve got lots of new eats, treats, and Gaston-themed Feasts coming at you for this round of What’s New (along with a peek at a lot — and I mean A LOT — of stuff to come!).
We’re kicking off our latest jaunt at the most Magical of All Kingdoms…
A recent visit to the Magic Kingdom revealed changes and additions — both big and small — to Counter Service spots all over the park.
But the one that might just take the cake (CUPcake, that is!) is the new Donald Duck Vanilla Cupcake at the Main Street Bakery! [Read more…]

Character Meals.
It’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all kinda world. You might think you’ll enjoy dinner at Chef Mickey’s with just your significant other.
After all, you’re kids at heart! But are you really thinking through the reality of it — complete with twirling napkins, blaring music, and loads and loads (and loads!) of kiddos everywhere?
Today, I thought we could break down some of the groups of guests who might want to take special care in deciding which character meal is best for them. Because when it comes to dining with your favorite Disney characters, no one should be left out! [Read more…]

Don’t you love Disney’s Hollywood Studios? Where else can you go for a dose of Old Hollywood glamour, a Star Wars fix, and a Disney Junior fun all in one place?
But in addition to all kinds of movie- and television-inspired fun, the park hosts some great food as well. Today, we’re taking a closer look at our Favorite DHS Restaurants. See if you agree with us!
One of my favorite spots to dine at DHS — or in all of Walt Disney World really — is 50s Prime Time Cafe.
This spot has it all. It’s super-themed, so when you step into the front door one of two things will come to mind:
And truly, the themeing is so utterly awesome here, it’s enough to keep me coming back again and again. But then, the food! It’s just like your mom made! Or grandmother. Or Aunt Gladys. Whatever. My point is, it’s really good and comforting and, well, swell. You know? The bee’s knees. [Read more…]

2016 is nearly upon us
, and so we find ourselves looking back at all that 2015 had to offer. It’s been an exciting time, full of huge announcements about new venues and attractions and lots of progress on previously announced projects. Before we bid goodbye to one year and welcome a new one, let’s review where we’ve been and see a glimpse of what’s to come!
There was a HUGE disturbance in the Force — the Disney Force, that is — this summer when Disney announced that Star Wars Land would be coming to both Disneyland AND Walt Disney World. The crowds went wild! [Read more…]
It’s been another busy week as we work to get you all of the information that’s coming out about the 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival!
While we’ve learned more this week about new and returning Special Events, we also firmed up the official list of Marketplace Booths that will appear for the Festival’s 20th anniversary. And believe or not, a few other things happened as well. 🙂
Let’s do a brief recap of Disney Food News before we take a look around at what else is new this week.

Looks like the elves are already starting to gear up for the holidays… . Could it really be that a special holiday meal is coming to Hollywood & Vine at Disney’s Hollywood Studios?
A mysterious menu has appeared on the My Disney Experience app! At the time, it seems this menu is viewable on Android devices, but NOT on iDevices. Still, what’s remarkable about this menu is not the items themselves (standard items for the Hollywood & Vine buffet), but [Read more…]
