Character dining experiences are one of the most underprepared for at Disney World to the point that it’s almost criminal!
There’s nothing quite like sitting down for a meal at Disney World and being greeted throughout your time there by several of your favorite Disney pals. To say we were stoked when 1900 Park Fare reopened at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is an understatement. There are a few other steps we do to prepare for this meal that we’re willing to bet not everyone else follows. If you’re really looking to get the MOST out of this lovely dining experience, we’ve got a few suggestions to bring along that will help enhance your visit and leave lasting impressions in the best ways!

We’ve all seen them. You’re sitting back, fully immersed in the magic of Disney, when suddenly, people start standing up and making a beeline for the exit before the show is even over.
It’s frustrating, it’s distracting, and unfortunately, it’s happening way too often at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. These “aisle lice” are causing chaos at some of the park’s most beloved shows, and we need to talk about it.

Disney has announced a slew of new deals and offerings coming to Walt Disney World this summer!
In addition to several ways to save on hotel and ticket packages and the opening dates of several new shows at the resort, Disney also announced that some new FUN ZONES are coming to the resort’s theme parks!
Disney World has it all. DOLE Whip. Baby tigers. Roller coasters. Oh, and some of the sweetest manatees you have ever seen. If you’re a sucker for gentle giants like us, prepare to say, “AWWWW.”

We see a manatee; we fall in love
Disney just announced that a NEW addition has joined The Seas with Nemo and Friends in EPCOT. OK, so see that manatee pictured above? Notice the tail? That’s what a manatee’s tail should look like. But the sweet new friend that just arrived in EPCOT? Well, her tail is a little different. Her name is Mermaid, and you’ll soon see why.
